I know that if you have a medical prescription for testosterone or HGH you can go into Mexico and carry it across, without much problem. But what about vetinary supplies? A friend of mine wants to go to Mexico and get a Mexican vet scrip for his, uh, horse. It is kind of small and he wants to bulk it up to good health. If he gets a mexican vet scrip, picks up some vetinarian reforvit B and Decca - can he walk it across openly? IP: Logged |

Thanks for the reply, D007. Why can you walk across with a medical scrip and some AS, but not a vet scrip? IP: Logged |

Any anabolic in the U.S. is schedule III meaning it's a federal offense to posses this substances= you can't cross with it to the U.S. Belive me I live on the border. IP: Logged |

But if you have a scrip for any drug , you can fill that scrip in Mexico (or any pharmacy for that matter) and carry it across - unless I am mistaken. So why would it not be okay for a vet scrip. I am not trying to argue...serious question Has anyone purchased meds in Mex with a scrip before (valium, etc)? IP: Logged |

I have purchased valum and xanax with a perscription. It is easy. Just find a doctor or dentist that will write one IP: Logged |

A scrip is only valid for entry if it was issued by an american doctor. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Dino is right on. I wouldn't try the vet idea as it's iffy on how they will react. Just hide it and cross. I've done it like ten times without a problem. Take your chick if you can and don't look like a bodybuilder. IP: Logged |

You cant bring back any A.S., even with a script. There is a clause in that law that specifically excludes A.S., vet or otherwise. Try and flash a script and your asking for trouble. IP: Logged |

D007 IS RIGHT. BETTER FIND A GOOD PALCE TO HIDE. ALOT OF PHARMACIES GIVE THEM A DESCRIPTION WHEN YOU BUY AND THEY MAY KNOW WHAT YOU GOT. TIS NO GAME, VALIUM AND XANAX....HAVE BOUGHT 2 GS WORTH, I KNOW A PLACE IN LAREDO THAT GET THE SCRIPS..OPENS THE BLISTER PACKS AND WRAPS THEM HOWEVER YOU WANT. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thanks D007. I got it now. Its a shame that getting AS has to involve so many legal risks. IP: Logged |

DOO7 is wrong. Any non-schedule I medication can be purchased in mexico and brought legally back into the U.S. as long as the following criteria are met- A) you have a prescription from a U.S. based physician, B) the medication purchased in Mexico is also available in the U.S...So as far as steroids are concerned, you are kind've limited since the only steroids prescribed here are test. enanthate(available in mexico as primoteston), anavar(not available in mexico), deca-durabolin(available in mexico as 50mg deca-durabolin preloads), anadrol(not available in mexico), test suspension, propionate, cypionate(not available in mexico)- I think that's it. You couldn't legally bring back any veterinary steroids or sustanon, testoprim, primobolan & andriol because they aren't available in the U.S. There are tons of people in southern california who are on testosterone replacement therapy and drive to TJ to pick up their 3 month supply of enanthate and bring it back home no problem. But DON'T try to bring back veterinary steroids. You should check out the U.S. Customs website for questions like this. IP: Logged |

I used to go to Mexico and bring back xanax and valiums to sell. You could bring back a 90 day supply with a Mexican script. Customs would clear it with no american doctor's prescription. You do need to have your driver's liscense (usually) for the doctor to write you one. Well, here's the deal. Customs would clear it, but the minute you step out of customs, a state trooper could bust you for it. US recognizes Mexican scripts but the state of Texas does not. It always made me nervous declaring the scripts because I was scared that they may inform the state officials. But I learned that it was illegeal for them to collaborate. Thats how it was a little over a year ago... IP: Logged |

You're totally right. For most meds (besides those that are shedule I, and those that are on the import banned or alert list), you can go to mex and pick up a 90 day supply and walk them across the border as long as you have a 'script from a mex doctor and you keep the meds in their original packaging. You aren't breaking any federal laws by bringing them back into the U.S., but you are breaking a state law (if you live in cali), because cali state law says it's illegal to posses a prescribed medication without a prescription.
