I have got a hold of 7-polysteron250 amps. This is my first experience with juice. I am planning to work out for a couple months before injecting. Should I store them in the rerigerator. Where can I find the expiration dates. There are two dates on there one if preceeded by a V and the other is preceeded by a F.

Roids should be used to break through natural limits. That will not be achieved in a couple of months of working out, Sorry. I would think that a person who has just worked out for a couple of months would not have the gym experience to fully utilize that test stack (polysteron 250). You might want to get at least a year of weight training under your belt before you start juicing. Anyways, I know you are going to do what you have planned on, so good luck bro.

Actually, In 95,96,and 97, I worked out real hard. I went form 157 to 200lbs. In 1998 I was involved in an auto accident. I had stopped for a year and underwent therapy. Since 1999 I have worked out on and off. I went to 212 with 19% body fat due to the beer habit and inactivity. Since working out off and on I now weigh 188 with 15% body fat. I plan to hit the weights hard for two months to shed bodyfat and hopefully get some strength and size back. So, If you think I should still wait then I will give it a consideration.

Polysteron Information

L <-- Indicates the lot number
F <-- Indicates the date that it was manufactured
V <-- Indicates the expiration date


Example:
L 8503 <-- The lot number is 8503
F 01/2000 <-- Manufactured date is January of year 2000
V 01/2005 <-- Expiration date is January of year 2005

Sounds like you have a good handle on weight training, just sounded like you were a rookie who wanted to start juicing the same week they started working out. My bad. Thanks for not being offended by what I said.
