1st AS cycle. The goods are on order. My friend did the exact same first cycle and saw good gains, kept about all of it and got really strong.

1st week - 25mg
2nd - 20mg
3rd - 15mg
4th - 10mg
5th - 5mg ----- start creatine, dhea, glutamine
6th - Start Tribex-500

Some of you may bash my dbol only cycle, but its my first cycle, receptors are clean and should respond well, atleast I hope so.

I did naposim for my first cycle. I had excellent gains. I believe it was good for a first. I am keeping the gains good also. I did lift heavy, all for power. I think you should d 8 weeks of the naposim though. I am no pro but, that is what I get off the boards. I did 10 weeks at 3 a day. No matter what anyone will say, that was good for me. Just remember to hit te gym and those weights hard. From checking out these boards and seeing what bros' say, there are alot of myths that you eat 'em and just grow. You still have to work out hard.

I'm in a shitty situation right now and I think I'll be doing the same thing really soon. I would bump up the dose to 30mg per day for the first few weeks, then taper down 5mg per week until you're done.

I still think that 8 weeks @ 25 mg would be good. If I knew about it better when I did my first, I probally would have done it that way.

I don't think I would taper at the end of the cycle.

You ould use the creatine at the end of the cycle while you are off. So, I have been told.

I don't think 5 weeks at 3-4 pills will do enough, nor give you the gains you want.

How should I change my workout, if any, after my cycle is over?

I don't know what you are going for. I kept the same routine up. i lift heavy. I only did 5-8 reps heavy with 4 to 5 sets per exercise.

I lost some endrance strength, i stay at the weight while I am off I justhave to decrease the amount of sets. I tire much quicker.

If you are going to do a cycle to cut up after this one, I would find a good comfortable weight for you and increase you reps in the off cycle to start you on your cut. Throw in a day where you go heavy on you body to keep the strength up.

as for myself, on my nex cycle I am going to bulk up some more. I am at 230 now, i want to hit 250 and then cut up so i will look super solid at 220-225. I am into the power deal now. the chickies like the strong mass look too.

My problem is, right now all I can get is 100 tabs. My supplier will be gone for a month, he's going to the bahamas and this is the only dbol he has left. So I guess I can either wait a month or make the best of 100 tabs. I'll be eating like a fucking horse for 5 weeks to try and make the best of this shit. Would this pe a possible way to split my 100 tabs up?

1st week - 30mg
2nd week - 15mg
3rd week - 15mg
4th week - 5mg
5th week - 5mg

I guess im gonna have to workout the best dosage possible w/ what i have. I'm too fucking impatient to wait another month for more. If I up the dosage too much at the beginning, I don't have alot left at the end of the cycle... im not sure how to work it out. suggestions?

I'm looking to gain atleast 15lbs off of this short cycle, I hope its possible. W/ all the damn food i'll be sucking up i damn well better gain 15lbs. =) Right now I have to eat my ass off to hold 190lbs. I'm around 12% body fat, 6'2. I'm not lean but I am by no means fat. I'm not too much worried about fat right now, I'm going for bulk. After this cycle, I plan on doing one more bulk cycle, most likely some deca and test. Then I'll start my winstrol.

There is a big difference in bulking up. You can eat what you want and bulk up. That is fat.

Bulking up on the naposim is putting on muscle. ot cut ripped muscles. they will have shape, but, they willbe bulky. have fat around them, water weight, etc. altough i did not have alot of water weight.

I think you should wait for the rest of the d-bol to show up. that is a waste of pills. Just when your body starts to use it you will be out. I think you need at lest 200-250 to get a good cycle.

This I get from the boards and reading. You would just be wasting your pills.

What I mean by bulk is putting on size, fat and muscle. I don't eat like mcdonalds and shit. I'm talking about ALOT of chicken, steak, protein, good carbs. Putting on mass is what i am referring to. A buddy of mine did that cycle for his first and he didn't really gain alot of weight, but his bi's got about an inch bigger, his traps swelled up nice and his back widened, on top of getting stronger.

If i were you i would wait and get another 100 pills. I would do something like this.

week tabs/day

1 6
2 6
3 5
4 5
5 4
6 3


I think that adds up to about 200 but you want to put on 15lbs and keep it i would defiently get some clomid. And i would do 50mg eod during the cycle and 100 mg ed for 2 weeks after the cycle. In my opionon that would be the best way to keep your wait.

Oh yes. Naposim is good. All naposim comes in good blister packs and has a triangle embossed in the pill.

The stuff works great.

Sounds like no matter what we say, you are going to do your cycle of 100 tabs.

I would wait on anout 100. At least have 200.

If you only have to wait a month, you are down to 27 days left since we have been discussing this for 3 days. See how the time flys by.

Youcould start some power training while waiting. 30 days of power training will shock those muscles and get 'em ready for the big gains.

In 30 days you could up your natural potential then you will gain that much more.
