So my question is, when should I stop bulking, at what bodyfat percentage, the way the whole bulking phase goes is like gain bulk, cut, bulk, cut ex. ex. But like gain 20lbs and lose 10 then gain 20 lbs lose 10.. so what bodyfat % should i bulk up to do ya think..

Your body is naturally bulking little fella. At your age it is doing all the growing on its own. You don't have to do anything to make it grow.

God this is not a hard question to answer the answer is there is no answer. What you have to do is eat as much as you have to so that your body doesnot have to feed off its self for energy.
Example if you run to the store you would not want to be burning muscle so you would have to have some food in you.
What usually happens is that you will gain body fat because you cant find that fiNE line. That is why body builders get fat, not because they like the way it looks.

At your age, your hormone levels and metabolism should be raging. Hate to be the one to tell you, but enjoy it while you can. It all goes downhill after about 22-25. Eat everything in site! You should feel like you're going to puke after all six meals if you want to bulk. Figure you need between 15 and 19 calories per pound to grow. This will be different for everyone, but it's a good place to start. One more thing. Don't screw around with drugs for a long while, until you are sure you have reached your potential on your own. Good luck. E-mail me if you need help. I'm bulking now as we speak.

hmm.. 15 calories per bodyweight.. 1,200 calories.. wow.. a lot.. anyway, thanks for the advice.. I currently get around 2,700-3,000 calories a day. and i'm gaining about 1lb-1.5lb a week, which is pretty good i think. I also get up at 3:30 AM and drink a "pure pro" drink, it has 40 grams of protein, 0 sugar, 0 carb, 0 fat, just protein, and i'll tell you it is hard, I want to !@#$ing puke after I'm done, i'm so damn tired, i'm just about falling asleep while I drink it.. and it takes me bout 15 minutes to drink it (its in a pop bottle type thing, 22 ounces).. it really sucks. EXTREMELY expensive too.. 3.00 PER BOTTLE! I bought 6 of em, which will last me 6 days, I got 2 left, and i bought the Strawberries and Cream Isopure (isopure is the same thing no carb, no fat, no sugar, but 50 grams of protein) I got 22 servings for 37 bucks.. now i got no money though :-( anyway thanks for the advice brutis..

yea, and i'm also gonna do the same thing with the 0 carb isopure as the pure pro drink.. get up at 3:30 AM hopefully it will taste better then the pure pro drink..

Anyone ever try Strawberries and Cream Zero Carb Isopure .. does it taste good?

Thats very unusual for a 12 year old kid. Damn, when I was 12, I was eating donuts and pure crisco and watching cartoons while I got fat. I didn't count calories or get up at 3:30am to drink a shake, what the fuck are u thinking kid? Be a damn kid and wait till you get older to build muscle. Your body isn't ready to build muscle, you aren't producing much testosterone right now.

We've been entertained by Brumans2 on the diet board for a few weeks now. The kid's not normal so don't try to talk him out of his mission to be huge by the age of 13. This is my gut feeling here:
You are obviously highly intelligent. And, as you guessed, I'm beginning to wonder if you really think you have any friends.
Every man wants to be big and strong. You, at 12 years old, routinely post things like "I want to be huge really fast". You have enough intelligence to know that muscles are not built overnight, yet you are still looking for some magic bullet.
Men begin weightlifting because of the three P�s: Power, Pussy, Popularity. So, which one are you? Are you looking for your classmates� admiration? Do you have the hots for some girl? Or are you getting sand kicked in your face? Assuming that you answered truthfully, I�m guessing it�s the last one. And for the life of me, I can�t imagine why a smart kid like you would be bothered by some dumbass bully.
Slow down! You will be big and strong, but it will take time. The way you are going, you will get frustrated and quit. I can tell you that most people here have gotten frustrated with you, and are no longer paying attention. You don�t have to stop lifting, you just have to take it easy, my man.

brumans2, No one is telling you you can't do whatever you want as far as training to win on stage some day. You're at this site because you want to learn. But your not listening because it's not what you want to hear. Read what they are saying here. By lifting heavy weights you are going to do more harm than good to your body at your age simply because your still growing. And if you do seriously damage something you'll have to wait even longer or maybe never get a shot. This board will still be here in 3 or 4 years when you should be starting and then the answers you get will apply to what you are trying to do.

BEST ADVICE YOU CAN GET

There is no reason why you cannot start training at your age. What you need to concentrate on is this.

1) Body-weight exercises: Push-ups, chin-ups, crunches, squats with-out weight, etc.

2) Cardio...you don't want to get fat in your pursuit of the perfect body.

3) All the basic exercise movements with LITTLE TO NO WEIGHT. (That way when you grow up the battle of learning proper form is already taken care of all you have to do is add weight)

4) Read and learn everything you can. By the time you are 16 you should be a raging river of weight lifting knowledge. Hang out on this board a lot and read and contribute wisely.

5) Do not get carried away with trying to get too big too fast. Develop a good diet and follow the things I said above. Be smart and one day you will be big.

If you ever need any real advice just let me know by posting for me on this board.

1200 calories per day at 15 per pound that puts you at a cool 80 pounds. If you are gaining a pound & 1/2 a week that would be about 1.875% - if a 200 pounder were doing that he would be putting on 15 pounds per month - natrual. Id say your doing just great, you dont need any AS for a 10 years my friend.

ps how did you come across this board, at 12 years old? just curious.

nah, you guys got it all wrong, I totally do NOT use heavy weight, i'm sort of a low weight, supersetter. I love to do supersets, and most of my exercises are supersets. So anyway, because I only use 20-30lb weights for like deadlifts, and bench presses, but I am gradually increasing it by 2 lbs everyweek.

LMAO, ok bruman.....If i can remember correctly this is what I ate at 12 years old.

Meal 1 - shit load of cereal ( count dracula,cocoa pebbles,Cookie Crisp ) maybe an apple or a pop tart, Orange Jice too

snack- snickers,oreos...who the hell knows. Oh I remember those fruit roll ups, had a box of those a day

lunch- P&J sandwich and whole milk unless I still had soda in my Big Gulp from 7-11. If my mom was lazy then she would bring me to Wendys.

snack- Ice cream I would guess, Oh ya..Cant forget those Elios Pizzas

Dinner- my family is Italian so I'm sure you can figure this out.

I dont think I had a glass of water until freshman year in high school. I would have to say I lived on Gatorade,Coke and Ice tea for the first 15 years of my life

Training routine -

Me fighting with my friends over who would have the next game in Nintendo.

Trading baseball cards and playing G.I Joes ( was always the bad guys )

Throwing snowballs at cars and running quick as hell and sledding ( winter time )

Maybe a game of wiffle ball or football,hide and seek ( summer time )

Cant Forget my GT BMX bike !!!

Oh, and my bulking phase was from halloween until I ran out of candy.

Light weights, good job. I am your biggest fan. Keep me informed. You'll be the bigest 16 year old to ever go to your school. Have you seen Arnold at 16, already pretty big. He started very young too. Good luck.

Dude, You can work out and still eat the way a normal 12 year old does.I am extremely happy for you to be so determined in bodybuilding,but I would never imagine a 12 year old who wakes up in the middle of the night to gulp down a protein drink. The only time I would wake up in the middle of the night would be to take a piss or watch my dads pornos when he would be away on a business trip.By the way, at your age the worst thing for you would be to disturb your sleeping pattern, Instead sleep like a baby for 8-10 hours straight, dont get up for a protein drink this early. Not just that save your money bro. Shit im 22 and cant wait for the next playstation to come out.

No Krusher it's not theron, just a milder version of him. Brumans was already banned from the board once before but didn't take the hint. And Brumans we're not expecting you to change your mind, we are praying the mods change their minds and toss your ass out of here....again! nyyankee, you couldn't be more right, but it's just no use. this little kid has been posting his ass off on the other boards for a while now and he just doesn't get it, and now he's infecting the best board here. i used to think it was a prank but i dunno...if it's not, it's pretty sad.

i mean a 12 year old getting up at 3am just for a protein shake?! 3000 cals/day when you just weigh 80 pounds?! it's just so fucking stupid, so ignore him. i mean brumans you come on here looking for advice, and people tell u not to worry about it cuz you're so young, and then you basically tell them to fuck off. TAKE A HINT! sorry, but i have no sympathy for the flames you're getting since you have absolutely no respect for the much more experienced people trying to help you.

and may I ask.. what the hells so stupid about eating 3,000 calories a day at 80lbs?
