![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i am about 9 days out right now and i drink alteast 7-8 diet pops a day, i dont notice any blotting, just some shreded abs. the pop sure helps when u get hungry, i havent read the article but from what u said i think it is a good idea. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If it wasn't for pepsi one� and crystal light� I don't think I could ever last in a state of ketosis. I woundn't think it matters for cutting although...I always wounder if the sodium (20-40mgs) in a can could start to and up if you drink shit loads of it. IP: Logged |
