My friend uses Nizoral shampoo while on cycle and swears that it reduces his acne. Makes sense, whats good for the scalp is good for the skin. Has anyone else tried this? IP: Logged |

I was just thinking about that the other day. Makes sense, b/c Nizoral removes DHT from the scalp, and I'm sure that acne is caused from a buildup of DHT in the skin such as the face or back. So would Nizoral on the face ect. help to control acne when on a cycle? Good question!! IP: Logged |

yes, I've seen it work for several people but not 100%...my workout partner who is on the exact same cycle as me uses it and his skin looks 10x better than mine...he swears by it-x IP: Logged |

one more thing...before muscle media turned pussy...they listed it as a cure for cycle acne...that'd be like two years back...I'll dig it up for you when I get back home tomorrow if you'd like...-x IP: Logged |

nizorol does not remove DHT from the scalp. It is made for fungal infections! I have to talked to many doctors about it, they laughed at me when i asked if it removed DHT. The only clicically proven shampoo made for DHT removal and the prevention of hair is Nioxin. IP: Logged |

I WOULDN'T LISTEN TO MOST DOCTORS, IT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS APPROVED OR LISTED FOR IN THE STATES ANYWAY, BUT DOES HELP. I TRIED IT. SEEMS WE ARE MORTE EDUCATED THAN DR. IN SUPPLEMENTS AND GEAR RELATED ITEMS. IP: Logged |
