guys, i'm 5'11 205 12.7%bf i'd really like to put on twenty pounds on my nexy cycle. Give me some help...preferably from experience.....on how much, for how long, how many calories, etc., I wanna do sost,dbol, deca....later

That looks like a good cycle. get aleast 5000 calories, you probably are anyway. A good weight gainer with 40grams of protein and 500-600 calories, drink that 2-3 times a day and eat like a horse. For arms power movements like closegrip BP and dumbellcurls should work, you probably already do that too.

Hey bro, don't we all. I have had really good experiences with the products metioned. Here is what I would do,

Weeks 1-3
Sust/D-bol/Deca/Clomid/Nolva
750mg/35mg ed/400mg/50mg eod/None

Weeks 4-5
Sust/D-bol/Deca/Clomid/Nolva
750mg/30mg ed/400mg/50mg eod/None


Weeks 6 - 7
Sust/D-bol/Deca/Clomid/Nolva
500/None/400mg/50mg eod/None

Week 8
Sust/D-bol/Deca/Clomid/Nolva
250mg/None/200mg/50mg eod/10mg ed

Week 9
Sust/D-bol/Deca/Clomid/Nolva
None/None/None/100mg eod/20mg ed

Use pump and pose.. .only temporary though..

I got them up to +3 but hurt like hell..

Isn't a little long to cycle the d-bol? I'd say 8 weeks at the outside. Just my humble opinion.

Try some PGF2 Along with some Site Enhancement Oil. There's an interesting article over at www.nuclearnutrition.com on how to do this. This will put some inches on those arms!

I wasw just thinking the same thing after looking at my XL Polo shirts I wear. I never where tight shirts and I sometimes make fun of the little phuks that have tight shirts and walk around with air between their lats and triceps.

I need two inches and my XL shirt will be filled with Arm and no sleeves pulled up.

I want to be a FREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
