I am going to be nice to you bro, it is apparent that you have done no research on sus. You are going to get flamed on this one, but to answer your question, no, you can't take sus orally unless you drink it from the amp. And no, you would not want to take 500mg of it a day, your body's natural test production would stop you would grow tits as big as dolly p. and you would swell up the size of an elephant with water.
