week
1 sus 250 test enth 250
2 sus 250 test enth 500
3 sus 250 test enth 500
4 sus 250 test enth 500
5 sus 500 test enth 500
6 sus 500 test enth 500
So far my bodyweight has increaed from 202 to 226 with my bodyfat going up from 8-9%
My max bench berore cycle was 315 for 1 today I got 315 for 7 and 365 for 2
My squat went form 405 for 8 to 495 for 10
I just started deadlifts again last week so no real improvement there...I'm adding primo to the mix this week...no problems what-so-ever except for the damn acne on my arms...I'm in Flordia on vacation and that shit is truely bothering me...-x

Good gains! that is 20lbs of LBM.

What is your eating like. That is really good going up only 1% fat.

What are your plans for the rest cycle?

For the acne try an indoor tanning bed twice
a week it might help.

7 sus 250 test enth 500 primo 200mg
8 sus 250 test enth 500 primo 200mg
9 sus 250 test enth 500 primo 200mg
10 sus 250 test enth 250 primo 200mg
11 test enth 500 primo 200mg
12 test enth 250 primo 200mg
13 clomid ed HCG 2500 I.U. twice week
14 clomid ed HCG 2500 I.U. twice week

that's the plan my primo's aren't here yet however...grrr...I'm 6' tall and 22 years old
My diet is around 4,500 cal/day with at least 300 grams of protein/day...I have been eating a bit too much junk food however...my biceps have improved the most this cycle...up from 16 3/4 to just shy of 18"
