I laid my bike down yesterday and fucked-up my left shoulder and bruised my ribs pretty bad. Went to see the doc today and he put me on a 1g of naprosyn and 20mg of flexeril a day for twenty days, stating that after this time period, if I wasnt improving that we would discuss rehabilitation. This is not going to rehab this injury! I'm in the fourth week of a trenbolone/winny stack using t-3 and clomid eod. Immediately, I cut out the winny and replaced it with d-bol to attempt to hold some water and "lubricate my joints". Someone help me out here...I know that some of you guys have had rotator cuff injuries. I tried to train chest and I just cant...I can barely do a set on the pec-deck. I trained back and bis today with no problem...couldnt go heavy on my bis though. If anyone has any good info on how to rehab a shoulder injury I'd really appreciate the feedback. I thought that I should cycle down my t-3 drop the tren, and use maybe 20mg of d-bol and 400mg of deca inorder to focus on the shoulder injury. I just want to be able to train hard again!

I had the same injury. I couldn't bench for 4 months. You need all the rest you can get. I injured the same shoulder twice, same spot. It sucked. I've seen some guys lift through the pain but that is crazy. If you want to keep lifting get a shot of cortizone in the shoulder. Or, do a ton of legs for a couple weeks and any other things you can without using your shoulder. See how it heals on its own. Good luck.

Hey Bro, Did you goto an Orthopedic Surgeon or a general pract. doctor. That makes all the difference in your diagnosis. I will be glad to give you some inside pointers on rehabing your shouldr but we will need to discuss your symptoms. I rehab rotator cuff injuries on a daily basis and am not scared to use more effective alternative methods that most doctors don't even know about. E-mail me

Well right now I am dealing with a torn cuff from football. Right now what I am using to fix this is, Deca, Flax Oil, Glucsomine, Celebrex (RA medicine from Doc). It's not healing the cuff but it is helping to deal with the pain. Only rela thing to fix a torne cuff is getting cut on. Which is not an option at this point. Rest will help but it won't heal. It will re tear as soon as you start lifting again. Also it will start to get worse. You wil start to feel pain all the way down to your elbows. Once it gets that far trust me and get cut on. I can deal with the pain some but the day after upper body, it hurts to move my arms. Might get cut on during the winter but then I miss football, right now I riding the pine during softball because I can't even throw the ball. If it gets worse then get cut on. No rehab will fix it.

Hey, bro I went through five weeks of rehab including shock therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I switched doctors and went to one of the most well know sports medicine doctors in the world in Shreveport, LA (Dr. Bundrick). He said that my rotator cuff was fine. He said that my joint was loose and that he wanted to go in and scope it to try and tighten it back up. Well, turns out the thing was so messed up in there that he had to cut me open and do a total shoulder reconstruction. I"ve got bone screws and metal wires in there now. Doesn't bother me any though. I injured it in football and played on it for two years. So be careful. You might want to get a second opinon. The shoulder rehab for the rotator cuff probably messed it up more.
Like that guy said, I just started gettin' cortizone shots before games....
good luck
