This isn't a flame, but that is the sort of thing research could answer for you. Your likely to see a guy on Dbol train up to 6 times a week - side note: Arnold trained 6 days a week twice a day and he was on D. It is all very personel.

Listen to you body. If you have big dreams....you must train hard. Also train smart. If you feel good .......you must train. Hit the iron as often as possible.
Good luck.

the ammount of food you can eat and sleep you can can get will determine how fast you can recover and train again. when on, I use 3on - 1off - repeat

Different answers for diff people.

One guy I know is huge and trains three days a week, no more. Others will train three times a day. It's up to your body. IronMike

Emphasis should be placed on recovery above all else. Intense and infrequent(HIT) principles apply in all situations and give the best results to the majority of lifters. I personally would point someone in this direction to improve muscle growth before I even reccomend taking AS. Yes, roids radically speed muscle recovery from lifting, but what many fail to understand is that it does not help recover the wearing down of the nervous system, only TIME will do that. Do yourself a big favor, go to www.cyberpump.com, click training, then click HIT FAQ version 3.0, tell me what you think.

To original poster: I train 3 times when off and 4 times when on...

I know of the cyberpump site and believe it is very good. HIT kicks ass!

I put in a little more volume sorta Dorian Yates type training. 1 set to failure but 2-4 exercises depending on muscle group. Bis get 2 back gets 4 + deads.
