   Ok, ok, don't flame me please; but i've come to trust and respect you guys alot. i was going to post this in the c"hat and conversation area" until i realised that is to do with non-bodybuilding stuff. Anyway, im sure many of you have inspiration pics. The guy below is MY inspiration pic, yes yes i know he is no Greg Kovacs, but i am small , so i have to set attainable goals! I know he is about 5'10", but can any of you give me an idea on his BODYWEIGHT and BODYFAT...just so i can give myself a target to work for when i step on the scales? okay guys this is the very point that i have been arguing scince I arrived on this board 10 months ago....he is NOT 8% body fat! try 12-14 % he probably weighs in at 160(compare himto the girl)8% bogy fat leavs you with striations all over the place! every move you make your muscles look like they are fighting with themselves! have you ever wondered why the guys in the magazines will say in the off season a guy may weigh 250 @ 10% but compete at 210? When i first posted this topic, i didnt expect it to turn into this! haha. Well thanx for all your input, i'm 5'10", even if he is not, so my current goal is 180-185lbs at about 10% bodyfat without juice. and WHEN i reach that, then i will set my standards higher dont worry. Im a hardgainer ectomorph at 160lbs, but its still early days. i like this board cos you can never have too much info, even though im still too young to juice. And yes the pic is off the internet, it came from some guys training page on his website, but i lost the website and thats why i was asking you guys what you thought his stats are. Haha i'm no stalker, although i wouldnt mind stalking his chick...that's Panama City Beach for any of you guys who want to head down there and check her out! Judging by the overall symmetry of this guys's girl, I would have to say that she is about 5'4" or 5'5". I wasn't 6' 170 at 11 years old.....I was 175 Now here I am, 14 years later, still at the same height but tipping the scales at a lofty 295 and 15% body fat and holding tons of water from my cycle (should make for a lean and dehydrated 240) IP: Logged |

Sadly I know tooooo many guys that have used gear and that look is the best they could do. Juice cannot fix everything, an poor genetics is the top of the list of unfixables. I hope HashMo can do better one day, but if he puts on 30 lbs of muscle (with or without gear) and ends up looking like that guy we should congratulate him, because imagine how he must look now. Definitely not flaming you HashMo, I've just seen lots of young ectomorphs that could do worse then to aspire to that guys physique. ms is very correct about this, some people like me where born ectomorph and im telling you its a curse. i didnt learn about body types till about a year ago. when i discovered that i was an ectomorph i got real depressed. genitics is everything iv been working out for 3 years and i still cant get my arms over 15 inchs naturally. its like trying to add muscle to a skeleton a very difficult thing to do. i wish i could find a soulution to this, i still am trying to figure out what steroids can help me out. its a good thing i havent totally lost my mind yet and gone on a killing spree IP: Logged |
