I AM DOING SOME RESEARCH ON CERTAIN ITEMS...

INSULIN BEING ONE OF THEM I AM WANTING TO KNOW HOW INSULIN EFFECTED YOUR GROWTH, WEIGHT, AND STRENGTH!

WHAT TIMES OF THE DAY YOU TOOK IT AND AT WHAT DOSAGE!

HOW LONG ON THE INSULIN, AND WHAT IT WAS STACKED WITH (SPECIFIC) AND AT WHAT DOSAGE!! OTHER THAN GH I ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH DATA ON THE GH/INSULIN STACK...

I AM MORE INTRESTED IN THE ANABOLIC/INSULIN STACK....

I TAKE IN ALL THE INFO AND SEE HOW IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND HOW IT WORKS WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF GEAR....

ONCE I AM DONE WITH ALL OF THIS IT WILL POSTED ON THE BOARD FOR ALL TO READ.....

I WILL BE DONE WITH THE GH INSULIN STACK REPORT IN ABOUT A WEEK!

I started taking insulin a couple weeks ago...i take it post workout, humalin R...I am coming off cycle and seem to be keeping most my gains......if you want more info..feel free to e-mail me what youneed bro...

Cool Biz.

Keep us posted.

I am actually going to be using insulin after my six week cycle to help retain my gains.

I plan on taking it after training or actually about 15min before training is over sub-q Humilin R.

I will start with a small dose 4iu and add 2iu every training until I hit about 12iu. Of course I will follow up with a drink consisting of 50g of protein from whey and 120g of Dextrose along with 15g creatine.

Then about 2 hours later I will have a regular meal consisting of proteins,carbs,fats to take care of the second insulin spike by humulin R.

I will do this for 4 weeks only.

Any suggestions???

I was taking insulin while on my Sust/Eq stack. 750 mgs sust, 450 mgs eq per week. I would take 8 ius in the morning... follwed 1/2 hour later with a carbo drink consisting of 110 grams carbs, and 15 grams creatine. Then again after training... same carbs and creatine after. I didn't up my dosage on insulin because I got kinda dizzy at some points after my shots.

To tell you the truth... I saw little to no improvement while on insulin... I stopped using it, and no change. Went back on it... again, no change.

I talked to cjac via email and followed how he took it..10 ius in the morning alomng with enough carbs..and post workout I took 10 iu's..

I take 15 units in the morning with breakfast and 5 units with meal after workout. I'm currently stacking it with 500mg of T200 a week. I'm in my 8th week and I've put on 18 lbs. and strength is way up in all lifts. I'm new to the hormone manipulation game but I do know for certain that you want to be fully informed before experimenting with insulin.

I've also used insulin post-cycle inorder to help me retain my gains. Immediately following a workout ill use 10iu subcuntaneously followed by 100g of dextrose, 10g of creatine and roughly 40-50 grams of whey. An hour later Ill eat something like chicken and rice and/or a vegetable. Using insulin in this way (humulin-R) has allowed me to keep nearly all of my gains acquired during AAS use. I've tried the AAS/insulin stack using insulin in the morning and found that I personally will gain too much body fat

Just started 2 days ago, just insulin, and only after my workouts which are in the morning. I'm starting low and working up. 2 IUs to begin with and will probably work up to about 8 IUs. I'll try that for 4-6 weeks. I'll keep you posted.

6IU at wake up. 2IU before training 6IU post training. Carbs/protein/creatine after morning IU's and post workout. Also 1,200mg/Sust, 200 Deca, 50mg Reforvit. 4IU HGH/training day.

It's ALL good ! Great gains in weight and strength. Never been bigger or better. I'm NOT a newbie.

I used Insuline (Humulin R) at 10iu in the am and 10iu post workout. I started using it post cycle when I no longer got those skin tight awsome pumps. While on Insuline I was eating everything in sight. It gave me awsome pumps and good strength. In two weeks I put on 5lbs. (thats post cycle). Since I am in the medical field and know a little about insuline, to all who use it please be very careful. Do ALOT of reaserch and know it well before you even atempt to use it.

Gotta agree with Instant Growth. Got some experience in the field myself and boy I tell ya if ya fuck up with insulin there is far less margin for error. COMA/DEATH is a real possibility. There is plenty of info on this board and some people who give a rats ass whether or not you end up 6 feet under. USE THEM!

I personally had a few dizzy spells that made me really do my homework.
