i read the posts and everyone talks about eating crazy amounts of calories on bulking cycle..and i am trying, but fuck i throw down 3000 and i cant eat shit else and damn its hard to get 3000...maybe i am doing this shit wrong..i am eating egg whites in the morning and the usaual chicken, fish, steak, and my protien drinks....should i still stay away from the fatty shit or it dosent matter in this cycle...help me out what are you guys eating??????????i am currently cycling,,,dbol,sus250 and noladex.... i am trying with my job sometimes it is difficult. do i need the food calories or is it ok to drink extra protein shakes or drinks like iso pure zero carbs.. am i looking for calories or contents like protein, carbs, and fats? IP: Logged |

you will learn to hate food....watch the sodium, eat a lot of meat....i found chicken on the bone on the grill kept my interest....also, shakes are a must and put lowfat ham and stuff in the eggs... eat dense caloric meats....all the lean meat you can afford... IP: Logged |

6 meals of 700 calories a day. 50 grams of protein per meal. Eat shit that you really like or is easily digestable. Milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, pudding...these are all high in protein, carbs, and calories and digest very easily. I can't get enough milk. Two cups of milk with chocolate syrup in it is almost 400 calories. Eat everything...don't worry about fat content or shit like that. Just make sure you get high calories, even meals, and have 6 a day and get plenty of protein. ------------------ IP: Logged |
