I just finished my first cycle of naposim. I did 3 pills a day for 10 weeks. I went from 17" arms to 19" arms. 206# to 230#. I put 205# on my max. From 225# to 430#. I amnot doing this to be a bodybuilder. i am doing the powerlifting thing i guess. I just want to be strrronnnggg! Ihave some testoviron depot and alot of naposim. I want to get alot stronger. How can I cycle the two. Or, for what I want to do, should I just keep on the d-bol. How many tabs a day should I do/ The test i have is in 250 mg. increments. I need some help on this. Well, gents, i don't care what you think. Thats what I did. Maybe from what you say am a genetic wonder. All I asked for is should I do my next cycle different or not. Should I use the test or not. If you can't give me the answers i need, then don't reply. I thought I came to this board for help. All you guys telling me to take 40-50 mg. a day can kiss my ass. The simple fact is that if you lift heavy you gain strength. You can keep your sets of 12-15 at 225#. If you want to get power, fact stil remains that you go heavy, less reps, add more rest in between. Also, it is not like I never touched weights before. So, since you have to criticize, go ahead. I care not that you believe me. I just want an answer to my question. There is a big difference between me lifting for power and you guys lifting for cut and definition. also, there is no difference in taking 3 a day for 10 weeks and 5 a day for 8 weeks. A difference of 50 pills maybe. So, if there is someone to answer my question please do. Smell as much of the bullshit as you want. Just try to answer my question. IP: Logged |

I know of this guy from the gym. He did gain all of this quick. If he actually only did what he did, sign me up.I see what he is lifting. Eastarr, Could the quicktime name be your other name saying this so we would believe you. Being that the quicktime name was made on july 4th. It was mt brother ryig to stick up for me. So, i'll have him remove it. Hope that makes you happy. Oh, yes, and by the way, I went into the posting for the how big is everyone, and to be honest, I figured all you guy taking all that gear in large quatities would be alot bigger. I am phenomonally pleased with me results for what i did. I may not be at 5,6,7% bodyfat, but hey, I look good and am as strong as an ox. So, please do't tell me I have to do 500 mg of this and 50mg of that and another 250 mg of something else. Listen dahmer, if you knew how to work out properly, you too would see those gains. Just because you have 300 posts on this board and it says pro bodybuilder by your name, doesn't mean that you know what you are doing. i can sit ere for 8 hours and post a hundred time and get the pro status. Simple fact is this, if you lift heavy you get strong. D-bol is for strength, mass, etc. It is not to cut you up. So, you don't "bodybuild" on it. You power train on it. You do the other gear to cut up. Maybe you aren't getting those gains because you can' work out properly. If you are doing 6 of anything, after 8 or 10 weeks you will see those kind of gains. as a matter of fact, more then that. so, either your gear is weak, or crap, or you need a new workout routine. 3 days a week in the gym doesn't cut it bro. Gearface, I am interested in your guys' opinion on the gear. Not your opinion on me. What I did for my gains is the truth. It doesn't matter what you think about it. But, here is what I have. If you can help, you get my thanks. I have 50 glass dealies of the testoviron, it is in 250 mg. increments. I have 350 naps leftand 400 clens. I don't even know whatto do with the clen. Hey Eastarr... something is just not right. And why would you buy 400 clen if you don't know what to do with them? If you are using D-bol.... keep your cycle short. If you have been using them for 10 weeks already... you should stop. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Morereps, I am off the cycle now. I am in my 6 weeks off deal. I didn't buy them clen. I got it from a bro who quit juicin'. He took them with the d-bol and said he got fucked up on them. I heard not to take them together. So, since he gave them to me, I want to know how to use them and when to take them. If I had to buy them I would not. i like the d-bol and am going to do it with testoviron depot on the next cycle. thanks for the reply. The clen is used for cutting up. After a bulking cycle. You could use them for two weeks at a time. Some people would differ with me on that. The dosage is different from one person to the next. And yes they can mess you up a little. Do a search on a clen cycle. There have been many post's on this subject. I made good gains taking 5 dbol a day and test. I would use the test at at least 500 mg per week for 8-10 weeks. I would'nt use the dbol for more than 5-6 weeks. It is good to use at the beginning of your cycle to jump start gains. I would try and trade your clen for some clomid, too. You will definitely need clomid with all those androgens. If you just finished your 10 week cycle you may want to consider taking a few months off to let your receptors cool down. Good luck. IP: Logged |

Thick Dog, I only took 3 pills for 10 weeks. That isn't that bad compared to what I hear from others. How much time off should I take? I was thinking 6-8 weeks. Creatine and glutamine are both good post cycle. If you were on for 10 weeks, I 'd take 10 weeks off. If you have been off for 6 weeks already, it probably is too late for clomid, like Gearface said. I think 5-6 dbol per day is sufficient for most people. It must have been your first cycle to get those kind of gains off 3 per day. You will definitely have to take more the next time. IP: Logged |

Guys, I think these results ARE attainable! I haven't seen any quite as drastic as this, but close...remember he took 10 WEEKS of dbol...thats a long time Anyway, NO FLAME TO ANYONE, but sometimes some of you just need to step back a bit and not jump on someones case and immediately not believe them just because they post amazing results or size. This happens alot and really gets to me. We are all different and react differently to certain chemicals. I agree it does sound drastic, but possible! And eastarr...snapping back at bros on the board will get you nowhere...if someone is being an ass just ignore them, someonelese will come along with help! To answer you question: I suggest 500mg of test for 8-10 weeks and dbol at 20-35mg/day for no longer than 5 weeks! Don't forget the clomid! Superman, Thanks for the info bro. I do appreciate it. I didn't mean to get on anyones case. I was just very excited agout my gains. They impressed me. Maybe I do react to chems better. I do well on creatine and alot of protein. Anyways, there are alot of ood guys givin' me good advice. The best par of it is that it has allbeen close to the same. This shows me that I am getting good advice from some knowledgeable bros'. You guys know who you are. Thanks to you and to your advice superman. Next time i think I'l throw in a pic. But, then the next thing I'll hear is, "That ain't you... ... ... " LOL. I appreciate the advice. another question. Anyone get some joint pain or shoulder pain on d-bol.
