Im tired of being small. I hate going unnoticed. I want to get BIG. I have no idea how to start. I've been checking these boards for a few weeks now, and can tell some of you know what you are doing. I would hate to start something like this and doing it wrong. I'm an ex marine so i can run...i can run for miles on end...but i never go to the gym. I wouldn't know where to start. Are there certain routines you do for bulking? Is there diffrent juice for diffrent parts of the body? Like I see some take two or three different juices. I can take it that Deca is a popular one. Is there some sort of online tutorial... something REAL idiot proof on different types of juice. I know that if I decide to do this, im gonna do it right. I can feel the team spirit in these boards....I hope you guys can lend a new kid a helping hand.

My friend the board it's your best tutorial, just asking the right questions.

How long have you been working out, first try to reach your max , then use AS.

e-mail me I'll be glad to help you out planning a cycle.

Stick around leatherneck and read. Start hitting the gym now, and start eating 6 meals a day. Get about 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight (not @ every meal, but total) and upwards of 3000 calories. If you haven't been lifting, then eating good and working out hard will definately give you results. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. Juice isn't magic either, you still need to eat, lift hard, and get rest.

The main key is read all you can to learn the tricks of the trade but only believe half of it. The concept most people starting up have a problem with is that more isn't always better. Overtraining and poor diet are the main problems with most lifters. Read the muscle mags for entertainment not for direction. You might use apply some of there techniques to your workout and even follow one of there patterns but you must know when to stop reading. They lead more people into the wrong directions with these 25 sets/ bodypart workouts just because the pros do it. You need to start very basic. 3 sets of 10reps, 1 exercise/ bodypart, 2 times/week. Focus on free weightsand very good form, compound movements (squats, bench, deadlift, etc) and get a training log. From there, as you learn, you can expand.

Listen to everybody, believe only half is great advise. Especially on a board. I just read here for three months before I asked anything. These guys above me are great, but there are guys who will just pop off at you. Ignore it, there is a mountain of wisdom here. Good Luck.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STEROIDS YET! There is so much you can achieve before you start useing them. They are to be used to break your genetic barrier...not hurry you towards it. Hang out on the training board, this board, and the supplement board a lot. With good questions and good advice you can make leaps and bounds.

If you want a straight answer, here it is.

A good first cycle (the one I'm about to do). Don't worry about testicular shrinkage or bitch tits. The gains won't be huge, but they will be perminent. Better than jumping right into the test.

Week 1; Deca/400mg, Primo/100mg
Week 2; Deca/400mg, Primo/100mg
Week 3; Deca/400mg, Primo/100mg
Week 4; Deca/400mg, Primo/100mg
Week 5; Deca/400mg, Primo/100mg
Week 6; Primo/100mg

Keep protein high and everyhting else moderate. Oh yea, you gotta train!

Sir, based upon the quality of your post, the last thing in this world that you need to be venturing into is the self-administration of Anabolic/Androgenic Steroids. You, yourself admitted that you know absolutely nothing about simple essentials like, training, diet, rest? Cmon, with this inexperience your prepare to inject yourself with product that could potentially damage you for life.
Be serious with yourself, napolionic complex is no reason to venture into this world. Dedicate your mind, first. Educate yourself just on the freakin basics. Then with time (YEARS) of work come back and will help you.
