I know for the past year many of you probably have herd my rants about the US DEA and the drug policies surrounding this country. Well, I recieved an e-mail from George, like many others did I'm sure, explaining how Mass Quantities was raided by US Marshalls.....at this time I am speaking to friends and my unlcle, (who owns a law firm) and have been getting educated on what we can do to stop this. I find it very disturbing that 90% of rapist and child molestors are out within 48hours, yet the average joe caught with drugs is on average sentanced to a year. Does this make sense to you? I am very tired of the US saying they are not being a dictatorship. They consistantly double talk....like I'm not stealing it, I'm borrowing it, therefore it is ok. This is not the way our costitution was ment to be run, and I am tired of it. There seems to be an overwelming majority of good Americans who feel that this "WAR" is nothing but a ploy for the American government to get money out of the courts and innocent people. It's wrong, and if we don't do something soon, we will lose every right we have ever had being Americans. I love this country because we can change things, but it bothers me that Americans just hide under a rock when they clearly see something is wrong. WE CAN CHANGE IT!! I would like to see a March on DC to let CLINTON KNOW HOW THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS FEEL ABOUT HAVING 3X AS MANY PEOPLE INCARCERATED THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY!! Most being charged with kingpin crimes who are not kingpins. Did you know that President Clinton has been authorizing Columbia with 1 billion dollars a year of our tax money to fight the drug war. FIGHT IT!!! HE'S FUNDING IT!! If you feel you may be interested in taking part in a group that is determined to fight the approach of this war, please leave me your e-mail address. It's time we stop this and reform our kingpin laws, and the approach we are taking. It's time true crime was concentrated on and not small time drugs....and until we stop it, we will keep losing....It's just not right. ITS TIME TO MARCH AGAINST THE DRUG LAWS! IP: Logged |

ok lets see. 1- the federal govenrment decided to make "TRIAC" illegal (a T3 metabolite) so they told Mass Quantities to stop selling it and they did, but there where still about 600 bottles in storage in a 2- the case is pending because "Synthrax" was making good money off this product and so they took the feds to court. 3- IT IS NOT SPELLED "columbia" IT IS SPELLED "Colombia" I know because I was born there!!!!! 4- yes President Clinton is giving Colombia money to fight the drug war, this money is being spent to keep America from being over flowed with Cocain and Heroin. Know what you are talking about before you start talking!!! IP: Logged |

Obviously judging by the amount of cocaine and heroin in the U.S. that million dollars that is being given to colombia is not well spent. Did I spell it right teacher? The truth is the war on drugs is a load of shit. Ask any sociology professor and they will tell you the same...I will not even try to explain why because I will do a poor job. So much time is being spent on putting criminals away that not much is being done to really solve the problem. If certain drugs were legal and "regulated" then that would all but wipe out most "crime" in this country. "Crime" being the war on drugs. Then we could spend more time worrying about rape and shit like that. Big daddy mack isn't gonna be selling his shit on the corner to kids if you can buy good clean shit in the pharmacy and if it was regulated. (This is just a crude example--don't analyze it) You don't see alcohol and cigarette pushers on the corner selling shit to kids...cause it's legal to buy at a certain age. Other places--such as amsterdam--don't have half the problems with "crime that we have" because they have hash bars. We need to legalize it if we want to fight real crime. ------------------ IP: Logged |

The de-facto US government is criminal.....there is no doubt about it......the constitution is dead, it's a relic of history, a kind of what could have been. The constitution was designing a Republic, not a democracy, which is what you are currently living under if you live under jurisdiction of the US government.....they are each and every one of them guilty of high treason against the constitution of the united states of America which they were sworn to uphold, and should to the last man and women be hung as traitors to the Constitution......but it's probably 100 years too late for that, as you celebrate "independence" day today, realize that you are not free, you're living under martial law, there is no lawful government in the "land of thge free" and you are all bond slaves against the debt of the US government if you are like 99.9% of the people in the "50 states"bound by contract of adhesion (drivers licenses, birth certificates, social security cards ect) you have entered into a contract with the criminal de-facto US government and haveb unknowingly surrendered your God given inalienable RIGHTS, in exchange for license and slavery.......Support the Contitution of the united states of America.....those in the "government" are (mostly unknowingly) criminals, and guilty of high treason...which should be pucished by death....according to LAW. If only 50% of Americans knew the difference between the words Lawful and legal, it would make all the difference in the world....but ignorance is bliss, so enjoy your BBQ's while more and more people are being imprisoned averyday....hey at least they haven't come for you yet right...not yet!! As long as the government believes its role is to protect us from ourselves, this silliness will continue. Government is intended to provide services to the masses so that individuals don't have to do it. If you think about it, that makes sense. Someone breaks into your house, you don't have to investigate it, the cops do. The country has issues with another country, the Armed Forces go to war - we don't all go. These are things our tax dollars should rightfully fund. The government should, ideally, serve the people, while allowing them maximum liberty. This is done by providing services to people (at the cost of reasonable taxes), while allowing them to make decisions about their own lifestyles. it is only when the actions of one impede the rights/liberties ofanother, that government intervention is warranted. Our governemnt of course is not doing this. Our government has not grown well with the population. Reform is needed, and if it is to be quailty reform, it needs to be well-thought-out, not knee jerk reactionary legislation. I have ideas of my own - I'd like to hear some more. Matt IP: Logged |

This countries illegal drugs have alot to do with federal procedes stemming from taxes. Lets look at the facts: ciggerates-kill yourself and people around you through second hand smoke- legal because of high goverment taxes and lobbyist pressure alcohol- kill yourself and others when driving drunk-also legal because of government taxes and lobbyest pressure (however i'm not suggesting banning alcohol, i love my killians red) steriods- harming no one but yourself- illegal due to scapgoating politicians attempting to create and imaginary cause Why is it that this country tries to protect us from ourselves. Mabye they don't realize that they are indirectly limiting our personal and civil liberties. I think it's bullshit that the goverment also has the right to say "what is good, and what is bad for us", I think that educating is the key, not banning. Clinton is fighting this hopeless war on drugs, spending billions of our dollars when there are thousands of homeless vietnam vets. It seems to me that the political system in this country has lost it's order of priorities. just something to think about. IP: Logged |

Most consider them to be wackos, but check out their stance on legalizing drug usage, ending welfare,medicare/medicaid, the dept. of education, S.S. etc. Some of it makes a lot of sense, particularly on the drug issue. Whats all the bickering about? Everyone know some drugs should be illegal and some shouldn't. The guys making all the laws are a bunch of old farts who don't think like anyone on this board. Are you suprised? As far as America is concerned here you are on your computer in your room shooting AS watching TV driving your car, go to another country doesn't sound too bad to me. If you don't like it then get the fuck out of here and go somewhere where you can get AS or anything else you want but can't fucking do half the shit you can now. IP: Logged |

I had a friend killed in a car crash b/c of alchol(sp). And if i want to improve the way i look, its illegal. fuck that. I believe Jesse Venture is headed in the right direction with the drug issues. "uhhhh we should legalize all drugs and tax them" yeah good call so now all the crackheads can be roaming around and passing out in my backyard rather than their own house haha. damn people act like there is nothing more to life than steroids...roids are all good and shit, but just don't act like we have it sooooo rough in this country cuz you can't go buy deca at GNC. i know that's not what most people are talking about, but if you want your drugs then go to a piece of shit country that looks the other way, if not, stay here and fucking enjoy how good we really have it. just something to think about. sorry, i mean i've seen some really intelligent people on this board, but some of you guys sound so damn ignorant, no matter how you try to rationalize your thoughts. you just gotta accept that not every govt is gonna make EVERYONE happy. just my opinion... nobody here said legalize crack. however, explain how alcohol is responsible in over 50% of fatal accidents, but i cant buy steroids? it is legal to take a drug that puts everyone else in harms way, but illegal to put myself in harms way (which doesn't even apply if i take steroids in an educated manner). yes it is an imperfect world, and you can never fix this country, or any other, until human nature changes, but i am always willing to take on certain battles. this is one of them. let the government officials fleece us for tax dollars, replace any crooked politician with another person, greed will consume him as well, i don't care. but give me my fuckin steroids, my body, my choice, my risk, and leave me alone. shit, now they want to take my andro??? fuck off!!! make laws to protect the people, quit worrying about what supplements bodybuilders are taking nowadays to get bigger. ever hear of the guy killed in the andro deal gone wrong??? me neither. Yes this is my country. And I love it. The men and women of my family have been fighting and dying for this country since the early 1700's. What some of you fail to realize is, how bad it's been getting and how quickly it's been getting that way. I think it really started mid-second-term Reagan, and certainly during Bush. As far as how Colombia is spelled, I couldn't care fucking less. A billion dollars of your money is going in the pockets of some dickheads when it should be going to upgrade the pitiful, criminal, conditions in our veterans hospitals. And the injustices just go on and on and on. New news, the politicos are actively courting the female vote. Women in general are much more willing to give up freedoms in exchange for "security". ByeBye 2nd amendment. Yes this is my country and I'm willing to fight to change it. RB IP: Logged |

I think all drugs should be legalized!!!!! Even the real bad ones (coke, heroin etc.) People are going to do them no matter what! If they don't want help, then all the help in the world is not going to get them sober. If we legalized all drugs then, there would be no drug cartels, and every thing else associated with the drug trade might just be gone , if it was federally regulated. As in prescription heroin, coke etc. If you provided people with all the weed and drugs in the world, there would be less crime period! Less people in jail, less shootings. I'm not saying this is going to fix the drug problem in the U.S., it will just lower crime. But there is one probelm, if there is less people in jail, there will be less of a need for law enforcement, DEA, Customs, and prisons. Thats were the real money is! I would appreicate all replys, most importantly problems with the theory. Thanks! IP: Logged |

With as many crackheads we have in this country... you really think crimes and such would LESSEN? Have you ever seen someone on PCP? You think someone drives bad on alcohol.... see 'em drive on fuckin' heroin. And also.. over 50% of all domestic disputes involve alcohol... grown men beating on their children. So now we wanna give more people more reason to lose control and beat the shit out of their families? Thanks but no thanks... I used to be a cop... and I'll be damned if I want more people running around on that shit. I've seen how bad alcohol can be, and that is "controlled" by the government. Yeah.. people aren't shooting eachother over obtaining alcohol... they're just killing eachother while they're on it. So what's worse? Legalizing mind altering drugs sucks ass bigtime.... If it came down to having ALL drugs legal, so we could get our gear without hassle, or having ALL drugs illegal, to keep the bad ones off the streets... I'd definately take the second option. I'm interested in trying to get gear legal... but as far as cocaine and all of that shit goes... FUCK THAT. [This message has been edited by Big Brother Val (edited July 05, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Why are steroids illegal? Is it because its bad for you, so are hamburgers but there some rich motherfuckers selling them. A guy I know died about two weeks ago, they found him in his appartment with a needle stuck in his arm (I dont know if they meant intravenous or in his bicep). I dont know for sure but I dont think he really did any drugs besides the juice, He would still be alive if he could have gone to the doctor to get his weekly injection. America is full of people who are filling their pockets with other peoples money to make them look better,(Liposuction[lazy fucks],face lifts, nose jobs, Etc..)are their no dangers to these procedures, yes but it makes people feel better about themselves so its legal. the government is the American population, so it is your neighbor who is telling you what to do, only because they are scared, misinformed, or for the majority of them because they wont get of their twinkie eating asses to work for what they want and they dont want to see those of us who do have the will and desire to be better than, or because their wife accidently screamed out your name in the sack after watching you mow the lawn earlier that day. I'd like to say that all of you make very good points. I would also like to assure everyone that X is totally legit when he talks his talk. He does have connections and is very active when it comes to reformation of the drug laws. Contrary to what a lot of you may think, he is not a kid, and believe me, you would be very suprised if you knew what he does for a living. He is currently out of the country for a couple of weeks, but he will be back soon, and will be updating on this and other boards informing us what is happening, but there are a lot of people who feel how we do, and hopefully all of us will be able to change it. It really upsets me when I see people put members down because they want to change something that is very wrong. Colombia.....so he spelled it wrong....the facts are the facts, your ignorant and you can't even read. 1 Billion dollars a year is given to your corrupt government, not 1 million! Big differance moron. Since their are no Cocaine or poppies growing in the US, I wonder why a 14 year old has access. With your countries past, I can see why we should believe that our 1 billion dollars is being used to combat the war......B.S., and I believe that most Americans do not know that we are giving 1 BILLION dollars a year to your COLOMBIAN government, and I think they would have something to say about it. Soon they will know with help from politicians that are agreeing with everything the brothers on this board are saying about this FAKE war! So get your facts right! This is about doing the right thing, and we don't need to be giving your country anything....MARK MY WORDS IF YOU CAN READ THEM......"THIS FUNDING IS GOING TO STOP, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL KNOW!" " FREE ALL NON-VIOLENT DRUG OFFENDERS " THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WHEN WE WILL HOUSE CRIMINALS BECAUSE OF ADDICTION AND FLOOD OUR PRISON SYSTEMS, YET IT TAKES ON AVERAGE 3-6MONTHS FOR AN ADDICT TO BE ABLE TO GET HELP IN A TREATMENT PROGRAM. NON-VIOLENT DRUG OFFENDERS SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN PRISON....TREATMENT!" That's where we need to start. TREATMENT PROGRAMS ARE THE ANSWER. STOP USING KINGPIN LAWS ON PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT KINGPINS.
