Im not a big poster and this is ethically questionable but, Im sure you guys wont tell. I had a 33 year old black patient named Donald ****. Who came to the ER following kidney dialysis tonight. He presented with a severe headache and a B/P in the 260's over 140's and I started him on a titrate of NGT and Trandate hours later his BPs still over 200/110. I left the ER a short while ago before leaving I gave him 10mg of valium IV, 50mg of demerol IV, and 25mg of phenergan IV. He was comfortable but, still very hypertensive. While I was working with him, he spoke of his 5 year run as a PRO and spoke openly with me of his drug use and would not speculate on the use of other. He denied useing anything other than GH, Insulin, and Juice. Also he blamed his chronic renal failor on conjenital kidney problems, stress from a divorse, and carrying to much body wieght >300lbs in off season. His told me there is going to be an article on him in an upcoming muscle mag. Antway given my interest in the sport, he has been now one of two very interesting patients I have worked with. I thought some of you guys might also find it interesting. sorry for spelling Im tired IP: Logged |

Interesting post. Would you be up for giving some details as to the specifics of his drug use? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Just a note about the PROs use of gear: A Captain Insane-O cycle would be a joke to these guys. 1000mg/DAY in not uncommon. I will not even speculate at the dosages of D-Bol, A-Bombs and other orals.

Would one of you guys with a medical backgroud explain to me how "conjenital kidney problems" are juice related? Nothing I can read points to that being related to the use of anabolics at all. Please explain? IP: Logged |

Congenital basically means from birth. It was a genetic defect. But the increased workload related to extreme bodyweight and protein intake made it worse. IP: Logged |
