I would get better than initiate the DNP. If you get "really" sick and come down with a fever, the DNP will supercharge your bodyies temperature into overdrive and then you will fry like an egg. Plus I think DNP is way overated. I have used it on 3 different occassions, Not impressed at all.

DNP seems to be the flavor of the month. Interesting that one would consider utilizing a pyrogenic substance while they were naturally feverish. This is a BAD idea. Remember, the key to maintaining low bodyfat is enhanced metabolism, which is not quite the same as elevated temperature. Permanent enhanced metabolism is achieved by increasing the mitochondria population throughout the organism. Midtochondria exist in the musculature, so it is true that increased muscle elevates BMR. But it is also possible to increase BMR without adding muscle. Increasing the density of the mitochondria can be achieved through inducing hyperplasia. This, of course, is easier said than done. Stratospheric doses of clenbuterol will do it, but not without side effects. The best way is through intense ANAEROBIC exercise. Windsprints. Nothing else is as effective. Take a look at your olympic sprinters. Winny and windsprints. The idea is to induce repetitive muscle contraction in an oxygen depleted state. Forget the DNP. Rely on intensity. You don't have to cycle mental intensity.

I couldn't even think of the feeling of being sick and dnp together...DAMN!! I would wait unless you are just in a time crunch. Your immune system will be supressed considerably and delay recovery.
