If in the calves, unpleasant as in the forearms, it has to be water based roids or PGF2a. Be carefull not to hit a nerve and use a 1/2 or if you have tick calves a 3/4 inch needle. And please use the smallest size as 29 or 30 gauge. They cost more (here in Europe) but it is worth it. Remember the needle you can use to fill the syringe is 2 - 3 sizes to big for injection.
