Hey Bros, does anyone know a good site or somewhere that sells nutrion journals. Im getting ready to start a cycle, and I like writing down everything I eat and when I eat it. It keeps me on track. I was using the Met-rx nutrition journals, but the were discontinued. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx, JD. IP: Logged |
