i need some opinions...i am in the military and am about to go to a school were i have to take a physicl fitness test. i will have to do a timed 2 mile run. i cant afford to fuck this up....i am currently on a cycle of sus250, dbol, nolvadex...my question is if i continue to run will the gear slow me down?
i am 1 week into my cycle and i leave for school in 4 weeks.....

I am in the military, too. If you start running a few times a week you'll be OK, otherwise it'll be hard. That is, unless you weigh like 300 lbs! Two miles isn't that far and unless you are trying to max it you can run about 7 minute miles (pretty slow). Anyway, that's my theory. I've been doing it for about 4 years and I've weighed from 205 to currently 240. Good luck and start running now, it's good cardio.

I run. I stopped for my bulking cycle and my cardio system went to shit. I am gonna run in a 5K race in september, and I ran a 5K while on d-bol. I don't think the gear will hurt your running as long as you keep running 2 or 3 times a week. I think some track stars have tested postive for roids.

I am also in the military. What week of your cycle are you on? How are the results going so far? You said novaldex, are you using clomid also? I am getting ready to start a very similar cycle. Good look at ANCOC!!!!

no i am not taking clomid just nolvadex...this is my first cycle i am in week 1, i am really uncertain of the different effects of clomid and nolvadex but i heard nolvadex is better for gyno.

Hey bro. I wouldn't use any estrogen-suppersors unless you need to because of gyno or other problems, the reason being it slows your gains. I recommend using clomid for a few days at the end of you cycle to get your natural test levels back.

I'm an old soldier too. Well, I'm a civilian now. Just make sure your last run or leg workout is at least 4 days away from your 2-mile test. Weight gain on cycle is your only enemy during a run. Take an ECA stack an hour before you run or Ultimate Orange. A new pair of Nike Air Max would help too. Let us know how you did champ!

Just be careful not to gain too much wieght. I gained 20lbs in between PFTs and my run time dropped from 18:30 to 21:00 for a 3 mile run.
