This is not occurring to me, but an older buddy I lift with (age:40+) has recently completed 4 weeks on sus250 at only 250mg per week and while reporting generally feeling well, noticed an elevation in basal metabolic rate and temps are running from low 99 to high 99's through the day. I scoured the medical lit and sites with info on sus250 but did not notice any particular reason why his temps would be up. Normally, for a young guy this would hardly be noticeable, but for an older fellow it feels (his words) like a low grade fever. He is taking Clomid 50mg EOD. He is not taking any type of ECA stack and other than our normal liver helper stack (silymarin,oils,n-acetyl-cysteine, etc.) is not on any other medications. I told him to ensure he is drinking more than usual but other than that could not offer any insight for the raised temp. IP: Logged |

Sus does cause a low grade fever in many but it usually drops down after a couple of days. His increase was probably a metabolic increase due to the higher test levels because that is a long time to have the increase. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the reply. I am glad I told him to start slow and carefully as he insisted on doing 500mg per week but I told him if he does every 7 days 250mg he will start to notice benefits anyway in 2-3 weeks due to the slow release timeframe. Had he taken 500mg every 7 days, he would likely be running much higher temps now and likely feel too miserable to train hard. IP: Logged |

I got the same symptoms and general body aches when taking sust, however they passed real quick like that same day. Just get some quality rest and he should be okay, that is unless his injection site has a big red spot around it. IP: Logged |

do you know your normal body temp..the average is 98.6...but everybody varies somewhat, and that isn't even a degree above average....don't worry sus raises the body temp some..no biggie... big-guy IP: Logged |

I've had the same reaction every time I've been on Sus, it usualy last a few days to a week with me. But I just see it as one of the side effects with this AS and live with it. IP: Logged |

My buddie was taking Sus250 and did get flue like symptoms for 2.5 weeks then they subsided totaly. Hang in there. IP: Logged |

I always run low 99's juiced. And Sus usually gives me the same symptoms eveyrone is describing. Don't sweat it...pardon the pun. T Bone IP: Logged |
