Okay steroids makes your retain water, but where? Inside the muscle cell, as creatine, or outside the muscle cell? Everyone talks about that smooth, bloated look, but if it's volumizing the muscle cell than you should look solid, not bloated. IP: Logged |

water retention is usally held between the skin and the muscle, making you look less defined and more big and bloated, i hate any type of water retention!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |
