i doubt it. It isnt somthing that is used for medical purposes like juice is. its pretty underground shit and not used widely in any other countries for purposes other than psticides ect. You probly need to either buy the chemical bulk from a chemical company and capsulate it yourself, or buy from someone that caps it already. If you need any info, mail me. IP: Logged |
