Most of us use protein powders. The best is whey. I always have a premixed drink immediately after a work out too. The one I use now is called Mass Recovery by American Body Building Products. It has 35grams of protein. Also drink the shit out of milk. I drink a lot of skim because whole milk makes me break out. There was a post on here a couple of weeks ago about milk and some guys said they drink 1/2 to 1 gallon per day. Cheap protein calories dude. IP: Logged |

here is what i do man, i eat six times a day and make sure i get atleast 50 grams of protein a meal, then i stuff myself with the most complex carbs that i could. get your protein from: tuna, chicken, fish, beef, eggs, milk, whey protein, all these are complete sources of protein. IP: Logged |

Ya bro, get some whey protien, I have one in the morning first off and at night also and anytime I need the extra protein. Mass recovery that denmaur told you about is good, I have one of those just after every workout. IP: Logged |

I love to eat meat, chicken, tuna, beef, and eggs too. But, with my work schedule and all, whey protein powder is a must. It's pretty inexpensive too. I spend less than 50 bucks per month on protein supplements. IP: Logged |

I love milk. I wish I had my own cow. When I'm looking for extra calories with a good amount of protein in them that is good and easy to stomach...I can't go wrong with milk. I drink at least 3 gallons a week and never get tired of it. Got Milk? ------------------ IP: Logged |

in addition to eating 4-5 meals a day, i take 4 scoops of Pro-Lab's NLarge and mix it with 3 scoops of Pro-Lab's Whey and make 2 32oz shakes. This gives me an extra 1500cal, 150g carbs, 200g protien. And the shit is cheap, go to Netrition.com! Another thing, write EVERYTHING down, if you keep track of it it will be easier to remember the little meals. GOOD LUCK ------------------ IP: Logged |

It's the mercury that adds the extra protein. Packs on the pounds too. IP: Logged |

Hey Flex, if you look at the label on the can of tuna it says 13 grams protein per srvg., 2.5 servings per can. Thats where he's getting the number from, basing it on a whole can!!!! IP: Logged |
