Im almost 18 and my senior year is coming up. I noticed all the energy I had when I was taking Xenadrine, do you guys think I could take it during practices, the 5 hour ones, or would that fuck with my heart too much. And if I would, how many pills should I take a day, do you think it would matter if I dropped more fat during season if I took 4 a day would be bad. Would taking it fuck my system up, or have others done it. IP: Logged |

it'll make your heart race...i've had my heart start to hurt, and when you get speared it hurts worse. this next season i'll take ephidrene during game,and 2 a day practices. all the hockey players o.d. this shit and they dont have serious problems. i also wanted to try Napalm during games. I would take the recomended dosages but i would take it like 1 hour before practice with like some sort of substance like a protein bar or a bananna. IP: Logged |

i used to pop ripped fuel before HS football games..now I can't in college b/c they test for it....I used to pop way too many, like 6-8 before a game, plus drink ultimate oragnge..it worked great, but I had a huge crash afterwards...I am now taking xenadrine to lean up a bit...the differenece I have noticed is xenadrine give me less of a pump feeling, but I lose more bf, and don't crash as hard when coming down off of it.... big-guy IP: Logged |

IT's great, but save it for games and two a days. Don't do it more often then that or the effect won't be as strong. And kick some ass brother. It's fun as hell, i wish i still played but i'm not big enough for college.....YET. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Been there done that....HS, to Div 1a ball...played halfback...do not take the uppers in any form for practice, eat right and drink lots of fluids...get lots of rest..on scrimmage days, or practices where you are doing drills that decide who will be the starter-take them an hour before the excitement begins then have a blast....game days are a must, makes a big difference...remember, drink fuids from sun up to sun down... have a blast!
