incline dumbell press. The whole damn thang fell off my left hand and now there's a pain. Will deca help? Thanks bros!

If you have just recently did this try rest and ice. Some people use anit-inflammitories as well. If you did do some serious damage I would see you doctor ASAP before trying Deca.

See a doctor soon! I waited a month to see the doctor because I thought it would heal on it's own. It set my training and the healing process back quite a bit. It is very frustrating not being able to get a decent workout in for three months.

I did the same thing and I just lifted easy on the shoulders for almost 2 weeks without benching and it got much better,if yours doesn't then you might have a torn rotator cup and you need to go to the doctor,if it hurts don't keep lifting on it,just rest it,and next time make sure you always have someone to do lift off and you will be good

Ahthong, could you give a detail or two? You saying that you dropped a dumbbell on yourself? That sux, if that's what happened.

Thanks for the advise guys! I'll go see the doc first thing 2morrow. Aahthit, what happened was that I lost grip of a 120 pound dumbell at about the sixth rep and it slipped and fell on my left front delts. I can't even lift that arm now

Definatly go see the Doc. When I couldn't lift my arm I found out I had torn my rotator cuff. But I was diving back for third base when it happened. My arm felt kind of weak, after that. But the next morning I couldn't lift it, and there was a terrible pain. Get it checked, and Good Luck.
