![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am going to devote my self to stick with it for 4 weeks until my vacation as well as doing 2 7 day cycles of DNP, 30-60 min cardio every day, and 1-2 hours of lifting 5-6 days a week. No cheat days for me because on my cheat days I usually go crazy and gain all the weight back I lost during the diet like eating a jar of peanut butter along with 30 slices of whole wheat bread 2 containers of low fat Ben and Jerries along with going out to eat. I think I learned this habit of cheating from bodyopus dieting. I will carry my food wherever I go. My Diet 1. 5 egg whites or 1(cup) of fat free cottage cheese, 6oz oatmeal 2. Meal Replacement or 4 oz of oatmeal + 5 egg whites 3.1 (cup) of brown rice or pasta or 1 potato, 2 cups veggies, 4 oz chicken or 1(can) tuna 4. Meal Replacement or 1(cup) of brown rice 1(can) of tuna 5. 1 yam or sweet potato, 2 (cups) veggies, 4 oz chicken or 6 oz fish 6. Meal Replacement (made with sugar free pudding) or 5 egg whites and 4 oz oatmeal 7. DNP 400mg to 600mg daily. 8. Heavy Vitamin and mineral use during the DNP, Glycerin and pyruvate 3 times a day. Should I up the carbs during the DNP off week to get my thyroid working again and by how much? What kind of weight training should I do during the on week and off week of DNP? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 400-600mg DNP seems a little high if you are a first time user. Try like 300mg a day first. DNP is not something to screw around with. Your workouts on DNP will suffer because you will feel quite tired and you will be sweating your ass off. Your diet looks good. Stick to it. On your DNP cycle, try to hit the weights but don't expect much - usually the best workout polan for losing weight with DNP is a fairly low dose and cardio...... Matt IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i can tell u one thing for sure, that is not enough protein. the protein in most your meals consists of 5 egg whites which means u are getting 20 grams of protein for that meal,and that isn;t even close to enough. an egg averges about 6-8 grams of protein depending on the size, and most of the protein is located in the yolk. good luck with your diet man.
