Howdy, this is my first post in this area. I'm 19, about 166 at the moment and need to get down to under 154 by August 12th (43 days) for my next show. I'm 5'7" and have been bodybuilding for about a year and a half now. I'm all natural to this point but after this show, I'm seriously considering crossing over to the juice side of the iron game. Any advice would be appreciated. My website (for pics, etc.) is www.angelfire.com/pa2/badkins ------------------ IP: Logged |

No don't do it Bad. Wait a few years before you load up the darts. You are really still to young for this venue. ------------------ If you enjoy it today you can always do it again tomorrow. IP: Logged |

Welcome Dude! Saw you on Anabolic Extreme. Good Pic's for a natural 19yr old. I did my first cycle at 19. It's your call. The problem is USUALLY at 19 you are not mature enough to be moderate in dosages and realize that you can't stay on forever. You must cycle. I say on for 12 weeks max and I have never done more than 6weeks. IP: Logged |

My thoughts about you crossing over is if you Have been boady building for 3 years and at this time of the night you are posting and not out partying and drinking your guts out then you are mature enough to start you first cycle.. If i were you i would get some x rays doen on your joints and ask the Doc if your growth plates have stoped growing. If so then you make the choice. IP: Logged |

Bro, I advise that you wait a little longer. See what your body can do naturally before you hit the AS --- remember that AS are a way to break through your genetic limits, not to rush you toward them more quickly. If you want to talk more about it email me. Matt IP: Logged |

A year and a half of training? You have not reached your so-called 'plateau', you should still gain quite easily naturally, especially at 19. Build a good foundation, build connective tissue strength, before you use anabolics. IP: Logged |

I agree that 1 1/2 years is far too short to have reached your genetic potential. You will benefit much, much better in the long run if you wait until you are about 21. You are worried about the long run aren't you? ------------------ IP: Logged |
