what the hell?...ive started running (maybe 5K twice a week) to improve my (and alot of people's) weakest part...MY TINY CALVES!...and i believe they've actually gotten smaller....a bit more defined maybe, but definately smaller....what's going on?...plus, im curious over what's actually worked for folks...high reps/ or high weight?...

thats what happened to me! but i did winny my 1st cycle and they just grew like 1 1/2", and i dident even work them too hard! just alot of cardio, something about winny it just goes straight to my calves???

Hey. guys I have never seen a professional
runner with monster calves. It is just not gonna happen. Runners have smaller indurance
muscle that are not build for explosive strenght like bodybuilders. You want big
calves..... use big weights.

but nothing hurts the next day like 4sets of 25-30....if i lift big, i just fatigue out...but if i drop the weight, go the extra mile, i feel the hell out of it later....but not a lot of growth....soreness is always the goal is it not?...really, im asking..
