OK fellas, here is my situation, I have never been ripped before, I have always been between 10% and all the way up to 20%, now thanks to out three lettered friend (DNP) I am getting close to ripped, before this I always had a problem with my lower belly, the top part would be ok, but I always had a roll on the bottom, isnt this the last part of fat to be lost, my question is if I continue to lose fat like all the way down to something like 4% wouldnt if I put on fat again, I would look different all over since the fat would be spread out evenly, does this make sense?

1st: you have to work at staying lean once tyou get to the deisred bf%. This means diet and training.

Different bodies store fat in different places. If you neglect your diet and get fat again, it will go back in the same places.

This DNP shit sounds like bad news to me. I would like to get ripped but I dont know if I would put this into my body or not. Does Clenbuterol have the same effect?

lose weight by dieting is most important. and your fat will go right back to the same exact places. everybody has a different amount of fat receptors and have them in different places, most males have the most on their hams, lower back, and lower abs. it sounds to me that yours is in your lower abs. remember that the only way to get rid of the fat cells is lipo. they will always be there all u can do is keep them empty, that is why people always gain their fat back so easily. so as u can see diet is the most important thing for staying lean all the time, cause u sure cant stay on dnp and clen all year long and stay healthy. i have a lot of little things that help me through a diet,if u need help just email me.

Okay one yes DNP is bad for you but its also good. Do what you like with it. It will do what you need it to do. Clen will do the same thing but in a diffrent matter. T3 is also a good one, but once again diffrent substance. Also these ungoddly BF% can not be up to par. Okay lets look at the scale 30% and over you are considered obese (once again I am not a spelling wizard). 5% and under doctors will look at you and wonder what is wrong with you body. Also considered unhealthy. Average BF% is around 13-18%. At this point you will still look fine and not have much (if any) fat showing. I have been hearing people say they are 4% and 5% BF. If this is so, where do you live, in a third world country with no food. There are ways to get your body fat checked. The best results that I have seen in the nice shoot some electricity into your hand and check the resistance when it come out your foot. The caliper method has its ups and downs. Peoples bodies develope diffrent. Likesomeone said fat gets stored in diffrent places on diffrent people. Sorry had to get that out.

Well I assure you that lots of competitive bb are under 5% bodyfat atleast with the caliper method.

My last contest I was 5% on the calipers and most guys where much leaner than me probably around 3% fat on the calipers.

To get this low I did a keto diet, with very little roids and ECA stack.

It took me 10 weeks to go from 13 to 5% fat.

About fat distribution. When dieting the first time around my quad skinfold was very high. Now I am at 8% and my quad skinfold is lower than the first time I hit 8% so I think that the fat redistribution is not exactly the same.

Interesting discussion. aahep, 6% is an attainable and healthy bf%. 5% is a little low but isn't that unhealthy. I have a friend that is naturally that lean and still maintains good health (between 5-6%).

here is my solution to getting ripped, a month out(before show time), start with 9 ripped fuel per day, as well as start reducing carbs, you need to really increse water intake, 2 and a half weeks out clen and cynomel, now I never have alot of weight to lose, but this works for me, and dont forget the the bike or treadmill 40mins per day, no you say, wont you lose muscle, not if your on ganabol and half the amount of dball normally taken for bulking....just my opinion

A very effective but little discussed method for getting ripped involves anaerobic exercise. Try windsprints in the following regime: 1 minute @ max pace, 2 min @ medium run (about 7-8 min mile), 3 min @ fast walk, and repeat three more times. Total workout is less than thirty minutes. Oxygen deprivation and incresed lactic acid create a very difficult environment for muscular contraction...eventually the mitochondria population is increased to assist in the oxygenation of the musculature, without the corresponding increase in size. This results in greater biological activity in the organisms musculature per cubic inch of tissue, which, of course, burns more fat, even at rest.

If you don't get on a great diet once you are off the DNP, your fat will back with a vengence. Even with a great diet, you will still gain fat. The most efficient thing that a human body does is store fat. Your metabolism is hyped while on the DNP and once it is gone, your body will react and want to gain and store as much fat as possible. To stay ripped, you will need a fantastic diet and plenty of cardio. I have been ripped only once. It was a bitch getting there but even more of a bitch trying to stay there. I did it with diet only but I couldn't stay that way for very long. Good luck.

One good thing about getting ripped is that each time you do it you get to know your body better, and every time after, it becomes easier and easier to get ripped.

I have done DNP on 3 occassions. To be honest with you, if mixed properly, taking the correct dosage occording to your body weight, it can be taken with a certain amount of safety. I was NOT impressed with DNP. All it did was make me warm, clamy, and overall very uncomfortable. Plus it made me hungry like a wild beast. I have yeilded better results with T3/Clen/ECA for fat burning with no side effects.

BULLSHIT BCS!!! I wish you guys who are the 'self proclaimed experts' would f'n learn before you spread this shit. I have just finished a third cycle of dnp and not gained an ounce between the cycles. I can tell you the theory you speak it bull. The reason most gain alot when the cycle off dnp is the stay on too long and lower their t3 levels too much. Then in response to the huge cravings for carbs they feed like cattle. It all comes down to common sense!! Like most people they never consider they could avoid this with correct research and application of different diet manipulations. Instead we have dipshits get on here and tell newbies that DNP is so bad and so unsafe.....I bet there isn't one of you downing DNP who had the balls try it yourself and yet you can inform others of how it will effect you. Your acting like the dumbass writers of the muscle mags and muscle and fitness....they write about these new thing trends and never really get the scoop on any of it. They accept the first bad info on a product and hype it to sell the mag. I guess you guys believe everything they write about the pros and their supplements too huh?
