What are you guys having before your
workout, ie: protein drink / carb drink ?

engineered food drink, Lean Body product w/45 gr.protein. Drink during work out.

before my workout I usually drink an anabolic accelerator one or two, it has 400cal, 40pro, but I prefer to drink the bulk force 750,22, or the xtreme size 1000, 50........then I have something on a break, then I have a big lunch, then a little something, then I go to the gym at 6pm or so, so I do all this eating up to my training for all my nutrients, cant workout in the morning, gotta have food.......

Have a little protein (20 - 50 grams) 45 mins. to one hour before your workout. Eating too much, too close to a workout pulls blood from your muscles and shuttles it to your stomach to digest the food. That's bad. Less blood in the muscles = diminished lifting capacity.

After your workout, get at least 50 grams of protein and at least 75 grams of carbs within an hour. If you really want a favorable insulin response, you can wait one more hour and have another 75 grams of carbs (but no protein).
