Depends on what kind of problem you are having. If joint or muscle disorder then Deca is about the only one I know of that is good for that. EQ will not heal them type of disorders. IP: Logged |

i'v been having some slight muscle strains in my quads. it kind of fucks up my squats. i'm too worried about messing up my quad when i'm squating and i can't concentrate to well.. IP: Logged |

Hey Getcut ... you need to find the source of you muscle strain. Do not try to cover them up with any roid. Even if it means more rest or water... do it, you will grow better. Don't ingnore what you body is telling you. Slight muscle strains are normal by the way. How often do you squat. Do more warm up sets or ride the bike for 10 minutes. Glucsomine and Flax oil is aight but not really ofr muscles. When playing softball, my shoulder muscles always kill me after. Go to a sports place and pick up something called Atomic Bomb. Its like Bengay but stronger and better. Put that on then do your set. It will help with the pain. But I will tell you this. This stuff burns bad, nothing you won't be able stand. There is one product called horse lenimiant (sp) and is used on (of course) horses to treat torn muscles. Once angain burns but does real good. Hope this helped. IP: Logged |

i'm not trying to cover up my muscle strains with eq. i just started taking it to start cutting up coming off of my cycle. i was just curious if it would help. i squat once a week. i do a couple of warm up sets before i go heavy. i laid off this week to give it some recoop time. thanks for the responses bros. i'll do the heat thing too. out..
