![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am in the second week of my first cycle of a Deca and Sust cycle. I can feel that my muscle are getting stronger. However, when I am using the increased weight to lift my joints shoulders and/or knees start acting up the next day. My question is: how do you know how much weight to increase in lifting without injuring pre-existing joint injuries. Without using gear the weight increases went up very slowly, so I guess that was easier on the joints. ------------------ IP: Logged |
