I just wanted say that I,m new here and I just swicthed forums from muscle mags "grey area to here and let me say that this forum is awsome! Most of the posts that i read are very helpful.Keep up the good posts and help and wacth us all growwww. I had no handle there, myself and 10 others have swicthed forums becuase there were to many stupid comdey central posts than real posts about AS to help us.. This forum here is sooooo much better.. IP: Logged |

yea, i hated the whole stand up routines over at MM. most of the replies go to joke, and comedy picture threads, it's becoming harder and harder to get any good advise over there, also the mods haven't been replying at all. IP: Logged |
