![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Alot of guys like the approach of cutting with a diet that includes carbs in the morning and early afternoon, but not after 2:00 to 3:00 pm to insure ketosis the next morning for cardio...But could'nt you use this same approach when cycling for mass? Cardio first thing, then workout, then hit carbs hard until around two...then cut them out... gain mass as well as keep off unwanted fat...What do ya think? ------------------ IP: Logged |
