i am vomiting alot esp. during workouts and feel like vomiting during breakfast. It all started happenig about 2 months ago.What the hell is going on. I puked today during my leg work out. And i have noticed it is only soft food like rice,noodles,bread, and milk.any help would be great. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Look at your supplements. Creatine can cause it, protein powders, too much iron in a multi vit...etc. BPP IP: Logged |

I would say its the food, if u have to choke it down then it is normal to puke it up, sometimes I would cram down a meal only to puke it up right afterwards, it is much easier to eat alot when u eat food u can enjoy, forget the grilled chicken breasts, did that for too long yuck, go with kentucky, mcdonalds, greasy hamburgers, potato chips...all that good stuff. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Umm, I don't know what's available OTC on your local market. But if you can get your hands on some Navidoxine or Primperan (Meteclopropamide), that should solve the problem. 3 a day before meals. First make sure (excuse me) that you don't have diarrhoea and don't have mucous or undigested food in your stools. If you feel that the food you keep down isn't digested properly, then the problem is even simpler, and any digestive like Eno effervescent for example would do the trick. IP: Logged |

I wasn't joking! What is the problem so you puke... I almost puked today and was so psyched cause I was gonna cristen the new room they added on to the iron room! I puke all the time at the gym it is fucking great mostly water though. Just make sure it doesn't go through your nose that burns! Keep up the good work and push harder, I know I totally busted ass when I pop vessels in my eyes or puke I look in the mirror all flush and say GREAT ONE MORE SET! People stare at me and I get that crazed look in my eye that my workout partner knows all too well... oh yeah I am on a shit load of test and dball right now. Oh well lift till you puke then suck it up and lift more! IP: Logged |

Youre right Vexed. If I dont puke after working my legs I feel like a wimp. Most people have NEVER worked their body to its full extent, so theyll never understand. I worked legs Saturday night and I still can barely walk right. My quads are on fire, my hams are screaming, my glutes are killing... THAT is what a work out is supposed to be like!!! When I got done, I walked woozily to the locker room, and layed on the bench. I actually made it out without puking, but I was on the verge for about an hour and a half. If the bodypart you worked is still useable when you leave the gym, you didnt work it right! But as for the actual point of this topic, you better go to the doctor... IP: Logged |
