I just read a/b Don Long and that he's no longer competeing b/c of near renal failure. Diaylisis 4 times a week!! He says the doctors eliminated steroids as the cause and blame one kidney being larger than the other since birth, and hypertension(high blood pressure) made it that much worse. He is currently awaiting a kidney donor match. Makes you wonder... how high would his BP have been had he not weighed 287lbs @ 5'9"?? ------------------ IP: Logged |
