we have been working out 5days/week
have been training heavy!
but now at our 7 week of a 6 week cycle
testo/deca/primobolan depot

here is our work out:
should we reduced?afraid of overtraining, but also want to keep what we gained

day1-
back
-dead lift---4 sets of 6 to 10
-lat pull down 4 x 6-10
-sitting rowing 4X 6-10
-smith machine barbell row 4x 6-10

-traps---barbell shrugs-4X 6-10
-back of shoulders-sitting bent over-4x 8-12

day2

chest

inclined bench-4 X 6-10
flat bench 4X 6-10
cable fly's(inclined) 4X 8-10
declined smith machine-4 X 6-10
cable--3X 21

day 3 rest

day 4

legs
squats- 4X 6-8
lunges 4 x 6-8
legs extensions 4x 6-10
leg curl 4x 6-10

calves
4x 6-10

day 5
shoulders and abs

4 exercises for each

day 6

biceps-triceps--3 exercise of 4 sets each

day 7--rest

should we go back to 4days/week and reduce the set amounts.like for chest instead of 5 sets,doing 4, for back as well?

we also want to include some high rep,since we have been high intensity trainning the last 7 weeks--and want to cut down cause a bit fat and water must go---so clenbuterol will start and eca stack,plus 3 /times cardi/week and low carb at night diet

are we doing this right to keep it all?

yes, maybe even 3 sets. Keep lifting heavy. I avoid high reps. I also use Creatine, because I like how it shoots water into my muscles, and also allows for better recovery.

For fat loss, stick with cardio, don't try to lose fat by going high rep. Keep the weight on your muscles. Keep the protein up, don't starve yourself too much. Basically, don't overtrain, eat good food, don't start drinking beer yet, either. Train and eat clean for a few more weeks. Give your body some timew to get used to the extra muscle. Get your homeostasis at a higher mass level.
