I searched this but couldn't find an answer. Do any of you bro's have any experience with this. I'm about to get some powdered winny and want to make some 50mg caps. I'm getting 10-15g but when you consider that 5g is a teaspoon full of powder, we're not talking very much volume. Will I have to add a fuller to the mix or what. Any help is greately appreciated. E2 you seem to know about this since you were the first to suggest it, how about a response.

OO Capsules will probably hold about 500mgs.
I put 50mgs in mine and it barely covered
the rounded part at the bottom of the cap.

So I'm gunna have to mix it with a filler like corn starch or somethig. Thanks for the info bro!!!!! Has anyone come up with a good ratio of filler to winny. Share the knowledge if you know!!!

15g corn starch and 5g winny powder will give you 25mg of winny to 100 mg of powder

OO capsules hold approx. 750mg depending on the density of the product of course. I can fit 1000mg of BCAA's in a OO with a little packing down.

Anyone know what the "0" size hold?

How about the "1"?

I got send some "1" by mistake, and it looks like they only hold about 200mg, which is OK for Ma Huang but not so OK for the kola nut powder I am using for caffeine. It is supposed to be 10% caffeine. I think that means I need to take like 10 of these to get a 200mg dose of caffeine.
