I AM FINISHING UP MY CYCLE IN ABOUT A WEEK AND WAS WONDERING WHAT YOU GUYS THINK IS THE BEST WHAT TO WORKOUT DURING YOUR OFF CYLCE. I HERE TO STAY HEAVY WITH LOW REPS AND TO JUST TONE YOUR WORKOUTS DOWN A LITTLE. I ALSO HEARD TO LOAD UP ON CREATINE DURING YOUR OFF CYCLE TIMES. IS THIS TRUE OR WHAT DO YUO RECOMMEND. IP: Logged |

IT DEPENDS ON YOUR STATS AND YOUR CYCLE. WERE YOU ON A BULKING CYCLE OR CUTTING CYCLE? IP: Logged |

if u want to bulk more try some volume sets, like 7-10 sets adding weight but lowering reps 2-3 exersises per body part to cut low weight high reps ------------------ IP: Logged |

I guess I'm alone on this one, but for me, I cut down on total volume of sets, kept the weight up (HEAVY). four weeks post cycle, and my strength is actually going up. I'm fatter than I want to be. I added 27 lbs, dropped about eight pounds of water in the first two weeks after cycle. I thing that immediatley upping reps is a bad idea, because at the end of a cycle, your body is still adjusting to the idea that your can squat 500 when you used to only squat 350. Keep the weight as heavy as you can, but watch out you don;'t overtrain. lower the total set volume rether than your rep amount. And I also began creatine again, immediatley after I quit the AS. ------------------ "tank tops are for medium sized guys..." IP: Logged |

A week after your last shot I usually take a few days off then I come back and cut my workouts in half. You want to try to stay at the same weights you were lifting but of course it wont be for as many reps as it was. If you decrease the weight then the muscle will decrease as well and accomodate to the lighter weight. Stay heavy!! IP: Logged |
