I'm planning on going to get away from the girlfriend for the weekend. And the Olympia is the last thing she'd want to go to, so it's off to Vegas for the weekend with the boys. I don't know where a cheap place to stay is, but the event is going to be at Mandalay Bay. I just want to stay at some place with a kick ass pool. the hard rock has a nice one. My buddy met Kianna Tom there one time so I might sell the kids and stay there. IP: Logged |

I went last year and will go again this year - Mandalay Bay is kinda pricey but has a great pool and all the competitors were out the next day there taking photos. So it was cool to see them up close and in good shape. The Hard Rock is always fun too...... IP: Logged |

it's the weekend of October 20-22. I think the competition is on Saturday night and the convention show is all weekend. there is also a meet the pros seminar or some other kind of shit on Sunday the 22nd so I'm going to try to take a later flight out of Vegas along with everyone else who goes there for the weekend, so I'd get my tickets early. http://www.ifbb.com/events/2000olympia.html got my reservations at the mandalay. they knocked the price down from roughly 399 to 149 a night. all for saying the magic reservation code..... didnt stay there last year, wish i would have, heard the rooms are pretty nice. IP: Logged |

I went last yr. and you REALLY want to stay at the Mandalay Bay.I got a room for under 200.00 and all of the atheletes were there.Wave pool is awesome!! Its funny to see huge dudes playing blackjack and getting cocked!! Get the most expensive seats out there.The cheap seats are so far back you will get pissed. J IP: Logged |
