I tell you, I used to only do glute injections but since I started doin em in the shoulders, Im hooked. Its easier, hurts less, you dont have to use such a big needle and you can see what your doing alot better. IP: Logged |

I also prefer the shoulder for injection as long as it's a smaller shot. I put my daily dose of Tren./T200 mix in there with a 25 gauge 5/8" pin. Yes the T200 takes awhile to draw but it works okay. I'm lean so by depressing the 5/8 pin into the skin a little it gets into the muscle fine. IP: Logged |

I normally use a 23 gauge 1 inch for delt shots and don't go over 2cc's of oil. My shoulders were huge when I was doing Winstrol depot every day, primabolan did that too. IP: Logged |

be careful when injecting into the shoulder for 2-3 cc,s for some people may be just enough to set the shoulders biokentics off there for putting undo stress onto the rotator cuff because of the mass of the injection the shoulder may not move as correctly as it should this usally happens to people that just keep shooting into the shoulder often 2-3/week.. Im using Sus at 250 mg every 3 days with a 23 gauge needle 5/8" but i sink it down and push it so im probably going an inch. Works good, no pain afterwards and if there is any its minor. IP: Logged |

Shooting everyday into your delts will catch-up to you. Then you will have to stop injecting there for weeks while your delts return to "normal". Just make sure you dont hit them more than once or twice (at the most) a week. IP: Logged |
