Hey guys, Someone please tell me if I wasted my time and money on this shit. I started working out about 2 months ago with a strict workout routine. Before that I lift off and on. But about 5 weeks ago I started to take some clens for 2 weeks for fat loss & then 4 weeks ago I started primos 200mg a week two shots a week (Mon & Thurs). I have a strict diet that I follow (Low carbs, 250g protein a day) I weigh 195. I have seen results both in strength and size. But I am thinking that it's from my good diet and workout habits. I am continuing this 200mg primos for another 4 weeks, that's 8 weeks straight. Then a month off before I jump on some deca for 6 weeks, then a month or 2 off before I jump on a primo and winny stack. Can you guys please help me and tell me if I'm wasting my time and money or is this very slowly but surely method appropriate. Because I was told since I have never juiced before I shouldn't introduce Sus250 or d-bols or suspension into my body yet. HELP!! IP: Logged |

Deca and primo will not yeild fast results, but they will come. Just keep up the good diet and workout and the magic will happen. IP: Logged |

I heard that they won't give me great mass but my reason for doing what I did was so that I get quality gains that primo provides. and i have also heard that most of the gains that you receive on primos you keep. True or False? IP: Logged |

What's up with the low carbs? I have never seen anyone start getting great gains on the juice until they're up to their eyeballs in potatoes, wild rice, and oatmeal. You have to provide the carbs for your body to use for energy. Then your 250g of protein can do what you intend it to do: Pack on the beef!
