Everyone says that you should do three proper years of natural training before even thinking about touching AS, otherwise they will be wasted on you and the only effects you will see from them are the sides. What i wanted to ask was, did any of you here start AS BEFORE you reached your 3 year natural potential, and how did it effect you? ------------------ IP: Logged |

I think every one ment that you should have been serious training for a while, even if it is just 2 years. Once you feel you have reached your plateau, you can start, if you are older then 21 of course. (I know some started before and didn't have side effects, but the risk is higher if your age is 18 or 19.) Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |

I started too early in everyone's eyes but mine. I was still growing but I wanted to put some frigging meat on my bones so I got into a good groove and started. It was a fairly mild cycle of test/eq but I packed on 25 lbs. in 6 weeks and I'm still gaining muscle. I didn't have any sides except my nuts went into hiding and I got addicted to the gym. I had some tendon pain in my shoulder from getting strong so fast but I just worked through it with Advil until it got better. Later, Green IP: Logged |

I will start my first cycle in 2 weeks... after 9 years of natural training. 9 years brought me from 145lbs to 230lbs (I'm 6'2" and 29 years old now). I recommend to train a couple of years natural. Sure, the gear will make you grow, but it's the experience in training, eating the right food and having enough rest, which REALLY make you grow with the gear. So, first the basics... then the gear... ------------------ IP: Logged |
