Great job on your cycle SSMAN, you're definately an inspiration bro. This is my first cycle and I'm already planning future ones! For my first week I shot 1cc Omnadren, 300mg Deca, and did 30mg/day Dbol. I went from 223lbs to 238lbs. 15 pounds in the first week! I'm eating 5500calories-6000calories a day with around 350grams protein. I'm trying to keep my fat around 20% too. I just did my second shot yesterday, starting 2cc's of Omna this week so I should start seeing better gains soon. So far though I'm f*cking pumped up. No side effects so far, not even a zit. Been using topical Accutane (Stiefotrex) and Seabreeze like 2-3 times day. Gonna start clomid EOD next week, we'll see how that goes. Been a bit edgy, but I think that's mainly just in my head (got really pissed at my girlfriend the other night for having lunch with her ex..heh, what can I say ?) The only thing I'm not happy about is it seems like I've gained a layer of fat I didn't used to have. Hoping it has to do with water more than fat though. I think I'm gonna try a cutting cycle at the end, i have some primobolan, and haven't decided on what else...thinking maybe EQ. We'll see though. Wanted to thank the board for all the info though. I haven't posted much, but have read what seems like a thousand old posts for research over the past couple months. Later bro's...keep ya posted!

I'm starting my first cycle soon too bro, hey great job, i hope to be where you are. I'll be doing Sust, EQ, and Reforvit because SSMAN is my hero, literally. Actually after all of my research i decided that this cycle will give me what i want. Sust and Reforvit for great size and strength. And the EQ for some end of cycle vascularity and what not. Oops, forgot the winny, that'll be here too. Great job man.

As for my diet I try to mix it up. All I can really say is that it has broken my bank account. Being in college, I'm used to going on not too much grub, but since I started getting serious...my food bill has skyrocketed and now that I'm on AS, damn! Anyway, I take

3 shakes a day of N-large with 2 cups 2% milk, a tblspn of peanutbutter.

Usually around 4 chicken breasts grilled.

6 Eggs a day

A box of Ziti pasta(don't know the weight off hand)

2 or 3 turkey sandwiches

3 pieces of Cod, grilled

2 gallons water...
and whatever else I can swallow.

I log everything and make sure it comes out to at least 5500cal's and 350protein..that's what I'm really strict about.

Gonna keep it up, can't wait until week 4 though when the Sust REALLY kicks in!
