![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I disagree, you do not have to get strong to get big. There are a lot of big ass bodybuilders that are weak as hell. Look at powerlifters, are they as big as bodybuilders?? The mission is to find the happy medium where you are strong as shit and big as a bitch. Mass and strength training can be 2 different things. It is true that if you get bigger you will get stronger but not always true that you will get bigger if you get stronger.
