I finished week 8 of my cycle last Friday and wanted to share my report card.

CYCLE SUMMARY (10 weeks)

reforvit (weeks 1-5) 50,75,75,50,25mg/daily
reforvit (weeks 7-10) 75,75,50,25mg/daily
sust 1000mg/week (weeks 1-10)
ultragan 400mg/week (weeks 5-10)
clomid 100mg/day (weeks 12-13)
clomid 50mg/day (week 14)

Clomid (50mg) every other day throughout the cycle.

PROGRESS TO DATE

start: 245 pounds
week 1: +10 pounds (255)
week 2: +18 pounds (263)
week 3: +23 pounds (268)
week 4: +26 pounds (271)
week 5: +30 pounds (275)
week 6: +34 pounds (279)
week 7: +39 pounds (284)
week 8: +44 pounds (289)

POST CYCLE

My post cycle plans are to maintain at least 80% of my gains (after riding myself of water retention), lose the water I'm retaining, and lose 10% body fat (leaving me around 5%).

Water Retention: Starting week 12 I will take 4 water pills daily to assist with shedding the water I'm retaining. This should go a long way to getting rid of the "smooth and bloated" look.

Fat Loss: 4 weeks after my last shot of sust I will start a cutting cycle of Primo, Winny, EQ (to preserve muscle mass, increase vascularity, and harden up) and Clen, Cytomel (to shed unwanted body fat). This cycle will last for 8 weeks (only 4 weeks on Cytomel), then I'll turn to DNP for the finishing touches. This should put me around Labor Day weekend......and I'll stay natural for 6 weeks, starting my next bulking cycle in mid-October.

SIDE EFFECTS

I've dealt with just about everything on this cycle.......blood pressure, kidney pain, acne, slightly increased aggression, and so on. I've found solutions to every side effect that was thrown my way.
Now the only thing I seem to be fighting with is depression. I know that my last days of this cycle are nearing, and despite my incredible results......it never seems to be enough. I've fallen victim to small man syndrome........no matter how big I get, I never see myself as being big enough or strong enough. This is particularly difficult to deal with toward the end of a bulking cycle. I know that soon my weight will begin to fall.......mostly for good reasons (fat and water loss), but some
gains will be lost as well. The best thing for dealing with this has been to focus all of my efforts on my training.

GAINS

I've given every ounce of my heart and soul to my training for the last 8 weeks. Every time I think I've hit the strength apex for this cycle, I push past another barrier. I've made the following increases in
"the big 3" lifts:

bench press +115 pounds
squat +90 pounds
deadlift +75 pounds

While those are the most significant improvements, I've made steady progress in all movements.

DIET

I got my Elite Triple Threat 3/60 protein powder last week.....it's great!! I mix it with 2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup of malted milk powder, 3 raw eggs, and a pint of low fat ice cream. It's a great source for 122 grams of protein in each shake No chalky or powder taste.....it really is good!!

As my cycle draws to a close, I've made some diet adjustments. I've cut my calories from 7700 per day to 7250 (6% reduction in fat intake....now 19% of total caloric intake) I'll stay at this intake (25 times my
body weight) for the next 2 weeks, then begin a 1% reduction in calories every other day until my cutting cycle starts. I'll need to determine what my new (post cycle) caloric maintenance level is, then I'll cut
250 calories per day from that.

I still have 2 more weeks remaining.........I'll keep you posted.

That is similar to the cycle I just started

1250mg a week sus
500 deca
plus I will be starting 6 dballs a day in a week or so.

My cycle is 8 weeks on 4 weeks off then a eight weeks on again.

How do you get all those calories down, I am struggling with 3000-4000, depending on fat and carb intake.

what was your breakdown in food on a daily basis?

Chesty.....my metabolism has always worked overtime, so eating hasn't ever really presented much of a problem for me. I typically get hungry every 2 hours, and it seems to be even more often since starting EQ.

My break-down of calories has typically been around 35% protein, 40% carbs, 25% fat. It varies day to day because I cycle my protein intake a bit....but this has been a guideline for me. Let me know if you would like a sample of what I've been eating each day.

Gearface.......thanks for the encouragement bro!! Things like that really keep me going

Send me a sample of what you have been eating. My diet needs to be modified. I have gained almost 10 pounds in one week. But need to keep calories up around 4000 to keep the gains going.

My breakdown is 40%-50%protein/40%carbs, 10-20% fat

10:00am 7 eggs, 3 cups cottage cheese, 3 pieces of wheat toast, 40 oz. 2% milk

12:30pm 3 chicken breasts, 2 cups steamed rice, 4 eggs, 2 pieces of 7 grain bread

3:00pm 12 oz. steak (lean cut), baked potatoe, 40 oz. 2% milk, 4 oz. cheese, peanut butter/jelly sandwich

5:30pm 6 eggs, 1 chicken breast, 2 cups steamed rice, 2 pieces wheat toast, granola bar

7:00pm 2 tuna sandwiches, 2 cups cottage cheese, 40 oz. 2% milk

Even between meals I find myself grazing on everything in sight.....granola bars, cheese, milk, hard boiled eggs. My diet varies from day to day, but this is a sample of what I typically eat.

about 13 henikens, and about 3-4 shots of tequila, well the
next day my kidneys were killing me so bad, and my liver
swelled up like a basketball!! i thought i was gonna have to go
to the hospital, i was getting hot and cold sweats and all in all just the worst hang over in my life! its weds now and im just starting to feel a little better, not to mention i shit black for 2days now?????
i was gona post this to see what advice the bros could have for me but i just sucked it up and hoped for the best....now im
afraid to continue my cycle, but i only have another 2 wks and my results are incredible, but my insides feel like im 90 yrs
old???? any advice???

Matty.....I know how you feel. I was experiencing quite a bit of pain from my kidneys (from my high doses and lack of sufficient water intake). For the liver I took 3900mg of Primrose oil and 1200mg of Milk Thistle daily....split into 3 doses. That also seemed to relieve quite a bit of kidney pain. To flush the kidneys, drink 1 gallon of cranberry juice daily. Be sure it's pure fruit juice.....most are only 27% juice. Langers seems to be the best. Give it a try, you should start to feel better within a day or two. Let me know what happens bro.....and take care of yourself!!

SSMAN you are doing great man. Keep it up !

About the depression and the small man syndrome. Most of us have the same thing and we will always feel like that.

The thing is even though you don't think you are big. We do and about 99.9% of people that see you on the street

Take care,

TOP JUICER.....while I'll agree that I'm holding quite a bit of water, my body fat percentage is lower now than when I started my cycle.

Slabcat......my BP was 211/101. I discussed this with my doctor and it was decided that I should try a mild herbal diuretic before exploring any further medication (beta or calcium blocker). I started taking 2 water pills daily and my BP is now 155/83.

It's hard to compare notes when no one in your gym is juicing.

Oh yeah 115lbs on your bench? Jesus! I'm happy with the 25lb gain from my last eight weeks.
