Hey all, Whats the best way to use creatine and glutamine before a d-bol cycle of 25-30g a day? Also, will it help to continue the use into your cycle? and yet another question Whats the best thing to mix the two with....i just got back and bought Met-Rx creatine (5g a serving) and Natures best glutamine (5g a seving), is it best to mix with MRP or a protein shake? buy some cell-tech take it after workout like it says.....take 5 gr of glutamine 2-3 times a day in seperate doses and use your mrp for extra protien IP: Logged |

take creatine with something with carbs but not protein, take with like gatorade before and after workout. Glutamine, not sure, i just use after work out and before sleep, prevents a lot of the soreness IP: Logged |

Creatine info is good, but as far as gultimine goes, take small dosages more frequently, like only 2g servings at a time. I read some research that more reaches the blood stream with the small dosages (about 1/2 a teaspoon) than larger ones. IP: Logged |

I'd take that money you were going to spend on Cel-Tech and get som t-200 to take with that lonely d-bol. Creatine is good in between cycles, in my opinion. Helps get you back post cycle. It won't have much effect that you notice it if you come down from a cycle that *includes* creatine. IP: Logged |

hey bigcat, i heard that shit too about creatine, but i thought the guy was kidding. The guy said if you take some creatine with your cycle and after cycle you keep most your gains. I guess he wasn't kidding... IP: Logged |

take 20-25 mg of glutamaine a day. if you take creatine take at different times than creatine as it competes for same receptors. Glutamine in my opinion is afr surperior to creatine and i always use it when i cycle IP: Logged |

Flexed,...this is similar to a post we saw about a week ago,... and you hit it right on the head. The receptor competition makes those two supp's a real pain in the ass to take at the same time. I only use glutamine, and it's worth every penny. IP: Logged |

watch is with glutamine--the first few days,if u take too much--you'll get the strongest stomac cramps--and I mean it's bad--it lasts about 30 min--then u get the flu and you're fine--u must gradually up the dose of the glutamine--otherwise you'll get the cramp and flu--but after wards it's ok, and no more cramps and flu--as long as u progressively increase the dosage as for creatine---yes in between cycle--not while--keep it for right after...and is good with lipoic acid--fructose--not sugar--with sugar u get a rush for 30 min--the your blood sugar goes down--so not good before work out--do it after IP: Logged |

i heard that glutamine peptides are far superior to L-glutamine. Anyone used before? I'm thinkin about getting the peptides next time i order protein from Proteinfactory... any one used? results? IP: Logged |

i read in a few different places that glutamine peptides are 3 times more absorbable than just L-glutamine. It's suppossed to be far better in other aspects too. I read also somewhere that it helps in Liver detox, how i don't know, maybe they were just trying to give it more hype, but it's worth a try. IP: Logged |

creatine volumizes muscle cells (fills them with water as does gluatamine. glutamine however builds quality muscle and increased pump and when taken alone can add weight and size much quicker tha creatine. Notice there are no glutamine and creatine combo's out there and if there are they are not reputable companies. glutamine is better for long term quality muscle when taken in large doses where as creatine fills ya or say bloats ya and than when you stop gains stop with it. As far as peptides don't beleive the hype. L glutamine is in its purest form and very effective above 20 grams. Dymatize can be found at smooth factories if you have one. Its a dallas based company. if you can't find it go to www.optimumfitness.com and look at Prince Harrision's supplement section he sells it. I pay 23 dollars for 300 grams. IP: Logged |
